Note: This chapter is optional, but contains hints. This is a preview chapter for the story that takes place at the end of chapter 3. It's only semi-serious and while this chapter has a "chat-style" in it, the main story does not follow this style. It's simply a different perspective to the main storyline. The usernames are probably not important to remember and needn't be associated with the main characters. All you need to know (if it is not obvious by the flow of the story below) is that the chat colloquially calls Virgil "Lydia," Roman "Himbo," Patton "Mom," and Remus "Gremlin."
Virgil slumped in his chair with a huff. Another day, another stream, it seemed. If there was one thing that could keep his world consistent, it was this. It was the only thing he had while the rest of his world erupted in chaos.

"Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?" Virgil looked up at his monitor upon hearing the donation alert specifically for Remus-related shenanigans. Predictably, the user G!zmo had simply asked the same question everyone else in the chat was now asking.
