In the bakery, Bridgette goes into the kitchen and helps her Uncle with the white macaron making, he saw her coming back in the kitchen.
Tom: Hey. What took you so long?
Bridgette: Had to call my mom and see how she's doing.
Tom: Oh. Well, you're on time, the first 20 white macaron shells are all cool and ready to be filled. I just put the second 20 in the oven, now they're baking. Here you go.
Bridgette: Okay. *She stands next to him and gets the piping bag full of icing, they get started on adding the filling to the white macarons. Up front, Marinette and Marin start helping Shang out with the rest of the service. Shang handed the customer a box of 4 eclairs, the customer thanked him and he leave the bakery and headed out, then the next customer went up to the counter.*

Shang: Hello and welcome to the Tom and Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie, what would you like to order?
Male citizen: I would like your finest croissants, please.

Shang: Okay. How many would you like?
Male citizen: Give me a baker's dozen.
Shang: Okay. That'll be $13. *The male customer gets his wallet out, gets his debit card out, and pays for the croissants, Shang takes the card and scans it, he gave it back to him and Marin gets the tong and the box and puts 13 croissants in the box, he closes it up, seal it with a sticker and pass the box to Mushu, then Mushu pass the box to Shang.* Here are your croissants.
Male citizen: Thank you. *He takes the box and leaves the bakery, then the next customer goes up to the counter.*
Shang: Hello and welcome to the Tom and Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie, what would you like to order?
Female citizen: I would like 2 pies: One key lime and one peach.
