We went home after I pitched my idea to the group. That plan being retrieve Pandora's box from wherever it went and having Pandora tell Medusa that I will let her out if she tells me where the wish seed is.

This, however, isn't the story I told Oliver and Lady Bastet, because I didn't think I would ever hear from Pandora ever again. What I told them was to find Pandora's box, and the goddess suggested I do some ritual I don't know how to do. At least she gave me a list of instructions if Pandora backfired. That might be inevitable for both plans, (knowing my luck,) but I couldn't let Blue die when I could do something about it.

So there I was, sitting on top of my bed, Blue curled up next to me. 'Pandora? Pandora? Hello? Pandora? Hey, you better answer me! PANDORA!'

This went on a few minutes before she caved. "WHAT!!!"

'Could you do me a favor?' I asked, crossing my fingers that were just about numb from keeping them like that for the last few minutes.

     'No,' she spat bluntly.

'Do you want this cat to die?" I asked just as bluntly.

'Your cat, your problem,' Pandora shot back. 'It's not my business if it dies.'

'Monster,' I rolled my eyes. 'You look like one, but I didn't know you could talk the talk.'

'HEY! I heard that and for your information, I am as hot as the fiery depths of the Underworld,' her words were so loud it's as if she was in the room. Despite becoming more emotionally drained by the second, this was a good thing. I had found her weakness. How did it take me (your age) years to do it?

'Well, it's a shame that your lovely features are compressed in a box,' I smirked at the plan I had come up with.

She paused. 'Ok, what is this about?'

'If you tell me where your box went after the war, then I will happily let you out,' I yawned. 'Or you can stay in that box until your youth leaves and you have to live for an eternity without make-up and someone to show off to.'

She paused again, I assume to think about my offer. 'It was returned to Ichor. You remember that black cat, don't you?'

I bit the inside of my mouth to keep from saying anything Pandora would make me regret. 'Yeah, but how do I convince him to give it to me?'

'That boy is far too polite to say no, especially since he is a friend of mine,' she laughed.

'You are truly diabolical,' I sighed.

'Says the one who just manipulated me,' she pointed out, catching me off guard.

'If you know it was manipulation, why are you telling me where the box is,' I questioned, confused.

'Because you were right, and that's the scary part,' Pandora cringed at the thought of growing old. 'You're not good at hiding your evil side, but at least you can make a good argument.'

'Thanks, I think,' I couldn't tell if she was on my side, or just wanted to get out of the box. 'Can you tell me where he lives?'

'Nope! No more hints for you!' she cut off any hope of answering that question. 'Thank you and goodnight!'

That goddess was truly something else.

The best place to look for a god was likely the capital of the god world itself; Mt. Olympus, home of the very god that wanted to kill me. Though, it was a good place to start in the search of who I needed to find. I flipped the hood of the cloak I was wearing over my head and opened the portal, waving Oliver goodbye. He had to stay home for the day and keep the castle in check.

As I closed the portal, I pulled the hood even farther to make sure my face was shaded as dark as I could get it. The less I was noticed in this domain, the better. Golden bars separated by an inch or two of air encased the entire city. I climbed over the bars so I wouldn't have to get through the guards at the front entrance.

The city was breathtaking, everything you would expect a city of the gods to be like. Sandy dirt roads where gods and goddesses walked up and down, bustling market stalls, and so much activity to explore. I could already feel my energy drop and I hadn't even bumped into any problems that included socialization. Avoiding anyone that wasn't Ichor, (which seemed to be everyone,) I started my mission. Let's just say that looking around didn't ease my anxiety.

Everywhere I looked, there were posters with a picture of me at the birthday party.

Wanted: Dead or Alive

Prize: Whatever You Desire

(AN: I will make art for it soon, but my pen died and I need to get more batteries.)

There was a huge mob in the middle of the street that seemed to be crowded around something. I could tell from everyone facing inwards, and I needed to see what was going on. Pushing through the crowd, I managed to get to the front, seeing a small child knocked to the ground. The gods and goddesses around laughed at the children beating each other up, making wagers of who would win.

"I think the short one will win," a goddess said to a god as the small child rose from the dirt road and swiftly jumped onto the older kid's shoulders. The smaller kid tried to twist his neck violently, but the other kid was able to throw him off. What the heck was going on!?

I was going to leave, but the smaller child pushed me down with his body weight. Getting off my scrapped knees was a challenge, but I had caused bigger problems for myself. My hood had slid off my head and everyone turned their attention to me. "Is that the girl from the posters?"

"GET HER!!!" a god shouted, and I jumped to my feet, running down the road. Every day seemed to keep reminding me I wasn't getting rid of my bad luck anytime soon. Gunning down the road, I refused to look at the mob running after me. Who knew gods were so greedy?

Turning the corner, I slid into a thin space between two buildings. It was so clostraphobic that I had to slide in sideways, my nose and the back of my skull touching either wall. I sighed as the mob kept running down the street as they went down a path that branched off the one they were on. Stepping out into the street, I looked around for anyone else. That's when someone emerged from the building to my right. She was an old goddess with a staff and flowing green hair. Her face seemed dejected as she thanked the store clerk. "LADY PALUTENA!?"

She turned to me and I realized that I had screamed my thoughts out loud. "Y/n? Y/N! Pit, I found (Y/n)!!!"

The goddess of light tried to come up and hug me, but I shrieked and ran down the street faster than I thought I could run. I could hear Pit yell my name as he rushed out of the store. I yelled as I ran, "SORRYYYYYYY!!!"

"Y/n?! WAIT!!!" he yelled even louder, but I was already gone. Climbing over the golden fence, I ran into the forest, forgetting to breathe. My run quickly decimated into a slow tread along the ground. Unaware of where I was going, I tripped over a rock. Sence I didn't have enough to brace for impact, and subcutaneously prepared myself to pass flat out.

The luxury of a blackout never came. The next thing I knew, I was tumbling down a hill and screaming for dear life. "AAA!!!"

I managed to land smoothly by rolling to the bottom of the hill. Then I heard someone run my way. "HELLO- wait... (Y/N)!?"

My dizzy vision couldn't make out anything in the scene for a good twenty seconds, but when that twenty seconds of confusion passed, I almost passed out from the person standing in front of me. "... Phosphora?"

(AN: OOO that was a spicy chapter, but that's besides the point. Now it's time to pick the angel of your choice for the dream dating simulator! The theme this time is Library AU: New employee/ reader. I wanted to have a magic library like Lisa from Genshin, so now you have to live with that. Have fun <3)
