"I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU DRAGGED ME INTO THIS MESS...AGAIN," Jing-hai groaned furiously, her face tucked rather unappreciatively beneath Zuko's armpit. Her legs, of course, had ended up in some ridiculous game of twister, one propelled across his shoulders and the other tangled in the net they had been sprung in. There was little room for movement in their trap ━━━━━━ but both teens preferred a different position. So, Jing-hai shimmied and wriggled until her head broke free. Pressed against Zuko's chest, she slowly rotated her body so that her feet met the bottom of the net. "And on Halloween of all days!"
"On what?!" Zuko mumbled, narrowly avoiding a foot in his face.
Jing-hai tumbled and was squashed against Zuko's body now, the pair having no other choice but to look at each other. Blue met gold as their gazes lock and instantly, the two were repulsed by one another. They turned their heads at the same time and their skulls collided. Whining in pain, there was now only enough room for their faces to be mere inches away. Jing-hai's voice crawled back down her throat, coming out only as a whisper.
