34. Suprise.

It's now Christmas Eve, I'm currently at the pub with all my mates. "I'm so glad your back for Christmas." Maggie smiles as she rests her head on my shoulder. "Me too, I love spending Christmas down here." I smile. "Babe, you know I love you, but you've gained weight." Maggie says making me scoff.

"Well thanks." I laugh as I sip my rosè. "No, you look better." She says making me smile. "My stomachs grown, I've never had a stomach before." I say making everyone laugh. "Any chance of a baby?" Chase says making me laugh. "Can't have kids, numpty." I say making him shrug. "It's not impossible, just unlikely." Amber says making me roll my eyes and finish the rest of my rosè. "Extremely unlikely." I say.

"When was your last period?" Serenity asks. "Like last month, maybe two. I've never had regular periods." I shrug. "Hold on." Maggie says before holding my stomach. "What are you doin?" I ask confused, she looks up at me with a worried look. "Your stomachs hard, that's a sign." She says making my heart beat pick up. "Stop, I'm not pregnant." I shake my head as my palms start sweating.

"When does Tesco shut?" Maggie asks everyone. "Tesco express shuts at ten." Alfie says after looking at his phone. "We've got ten minutes, George, can you drive us?" Maggie asks as she stands up and grabs all of her stuff. "This is ridiculous, I'm not pregnant." I chuckle anxiously. "Ivy, please babe. You've gotta be sure." Maggie says softly, making me sigh. "Fine, it's pointless." I say as I stand up and follow Maggie, George, Alfie and Amber out to the George's Ford focus.

I sit in the back with my head on Maggie's shoulder as Alfie holds my hands. "I promise you, no matter what, you'll be alright." Maggie says making me nod as I stare out the window blankly, trying to pretend that this isn't happening right now.

George and Amber went in for us, they came out quickly and handed me the clear blue test. "Thank you." Maggie smiles as she takes it from Amber while I just keep staring outside. We finally arrive back at the pub and walk back inside. "You want me to come?" Maggie asks making me nod with a blank face. "Come on then." She smiles as she grabs my hand and walks to the bathroom. "I want to call Kacie." I say making her smile and nod. "I'll call her, pass me your phone." She smiles, I pass her my phone and walk into the bathroom with Maggie right behind me.

"Hello?" I hear Kacie's voice on speaker, making me burst into tears. "Hey, hey, hey. What's wrong babe?" She asks worriedly. I shake my head and wave my hand at Maggie as I face the wall and cry. "We think Ivy's pregnant, we've just gone to Tesco to get a test. We're in the pub bathroom, she wanted me to call you while she's takes it." Maggie says calmly. "FaceTime me." Kacie says.

"Ivy?" She asks making me turn and see her worried face. "Hey babes, come here." She smiles making me take the phone and sit in the toilet seat and push my hair away from my face. "Remember when we was at college, and we spoke about this?" She asks making me nod. "If you are, it's a good thing, and if not, then you will still be okay. Everyone is here for you, listen, do you want me to drive down?" She asks making me bite my lip. "Maybe, depends on what the tests says." I say making her smile and nod.

"Now get your sexy arse up and take the fucking test. Maggie and I are right here." She smile making me nod and stand up. "Here babe." Maggie smiles as she hands me the test. "Thank you." I smile as I pass her my phone before walking into the stall. I take a few deep breaths before taking the test, once I'm done I put the lid back on and flush the toilet before walking over to the skunk and washing my hand. "I'll do a timer for five minutes, okay?" Maggie asks making me nod before drying my hands.

"Can we go sit outside, I'd kill for a burn." I say making them laugh. "Let's have a burn." Maggie says making me smile as we walk outside. "Shit, Imma join ya from all the way up here." Kacie says making us laugh as we sit down at a table a roll a burn. "You shouldn't smoke if your pregnant." Maggie says making me roll my eyes. "And I don't know yet." I smile before lighting my burn.

"So, how's Harv?" I ask making Kacie smile. "A knob head." She says making us laugh. "Nah, but I love him." She says making me smile. "He is knob." I say making them both laugh. "Jack used to be a knob, he still is, just not around you." Kacie says making me laugh. "God, I love that dickhead." I smile. "He loves you, more then anybody I've ever seen. I never knew that boy was capable of anything like that." Kacie says making me smile.

We spoke and laughed until Maggie's timer goes off. I take one last toke and put my burn out before grabbing it out of my bag.  "Hold my hand." I say to Maggie. "I'm hugging you from here babe." Kacie says making me smile. "Okay, I'm ready." I take a deep breath before turning it around to see.

6-8 weeks pregnant.

"I'm pregnant." I say in shock. "Shut up!" Kacie says excitedly. "I'm pregnant, I'm fucking pregnant!" I say excitedly before hugging Maggie as we laugh excitedly. "I'm coming down, I'll pack a bag and be there at about 1, is that alright?" Kacie asks making me nod excitedly. "Yes, yes of course! Oh my god, I've gotta tell Jack!" I smile. "Not yet, we can sort out a surprise." Kacie says making me nod.

"I can't believe this, I'm actually gonna be a mum." I say before laughing again.
