They day went on and the boys hung out until around 9pm. Dream went home and told George he would pick him up a little earlier than normal tomorrow.

They even had dinner with George's parents, which George hadn't done in awhile.

However it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. George knew he wasn't going to be magically cured over night. After lunch and dinner the brunette cried. Dream was there for him and held him close until he had calmed down.

-

George woke up the next morning a little before his alarm. He had been feeling pretty nauseous lately, but had gotten used to it. After not eating for a while then all of a sudden eating again, his body was very confused.

He got dressed in something simple and waited for Dream to let him know he was there.

He headed downstairs to say good morning to his mom and had a small conversation about school.

Not five minutes later he heard his phone buzz and figured it was Dream. He slung his backpack over his shoulder and headed out the door.

He got into Dream's car and the blonde flashed a smile at him.

"I was thinking we could go out for breakfast, as long as that's okay with you," he asked while backing out of the driveway.

George agreed and let Dream decide where they were going.

As they drove through the crowed streets George admired the colorful leaves. Fall was in full force at this point, it being almost the end of October. He rested his head on the window and felt the cold glass on his cheek.

When they arrived in a parking lot, the brunette immediately recognized the place.

The two exited the car and entered the small building. They sat at the same pink booth as they did last time.

They flipped through their menus and decided what to get. George chose blueberry pancakes while Dream chose a breakfast sandwich.

The main waiter, and presumably the owner Niki, came and wrote down their orders.

-

George ended up eating about half of his food. Dream expressed how proud he was of him and paid for the bill, even though George complained and tried to sneak him money.

They then made the drive to school.

-

As they pulled into a parking spot, the spotted their normal group hanging out by Karl's car. They made their way over as the cool air hit their faces.

"Dream! Guess what?" Sapnap yelled.

George tuned out their conversation as he felt a swift grab on his arm.

Karl looked him up and down with an eyebrow raised and a straight mouth, "explain," he demanded.

And so George did.

Karl locked his car and the two started walking slowly towards the school.

Karl nodded every so often and paid attention to what words were coming out of the brunette's mouth. They stopped at a small picnic table in the courtyard.

"Three things," Karl started, "first, I'm really proud of you for accepting help. I understand it can be hard but I'm so happy you are on the right track, I'll always be here for you," he said giving the Brit a hug.

"Second, I'm not sure about this whole situation. You know I'll support you in whatever you do but please try to be smart about it. I care about you George. I know your feelings for Dream are strong, and I would hate to see you get hurt again" Karl said seriously, "and finally, we'll I don't really know how to tell you this but- me and Sapnap are together,"
