Why is this story named Angel(s) in Disguise?

At first, you will think it is because Mikaela, Mikael and Mika is Yuuichiro's angels. Taking care and accompanying him at all time during his up and downs, when his friends leave him alone without care.

But no.

Angel(s) in Disguise actually means Mikaela, Mikael and Mika disguising as angels accompanying Yuuichiro through the raven's hard time, that they put him through in the first place.

This story is so very sweet. Their relationship doesn't have one problem, not even a little.

You may feel good consuming all those sweet things.

But remember, sweet things like sugar also bring you harm. You get cavities,  hyper, diabetes, or obesity.

Not all sweets bring you good.

   "You knew about me stalking him from the start, and decided to have your fun toying with his life. You are fucking sick." Mikael spats contemptuously.

   Mikaela laughs sweetly, shaking his head. "I helped you to get close to him. Where is my 'thank you'?" Mikaela dares to ask, Mikael clenching his fist. This is why Mikael doesn't want to give up on taking Yuuichiro away from Mikaela at first.

Mikaela does not love Yuuichiro since the beginning. He used to wish for Yuuichiro's pain, and Mikael is not tolerating that. In fact, he will never. But when Mikaela claimed that he fell in love with Yuuichiro, which is for real, Mikael couldn't do anything to stop them. Polar opposite attraction is the strongest, after all. Like magnets.

   All Mikaela does is enjoy how Yuuichiro breaks inside of his arms, by his own doings. Mikaela told Yuuichiro that he hates Mikael. Truth is, Mikael hates Mikaela even more than Yuuichiro can even muster.

Mikaela is a monster, and Mikael might not be his angel.

But Mikael is Yuuichiro's keeper, a true one.

   "I will not thank you for hurting him. I will never." Mikael presses sternly, and Mikaela shrugs. "I like him too now. I won't hurt him anymore. And even if i am to hurt him, you will stop me, right?" Mikaela questions, a mischievous glint in his eyes visible. Mikael scowls.

They aren't angels.

   Not even Mika is innocent. The kid mixed laxative in the meal that belongs to the boy who splashed bleach on Yuuichiro's face. None of them is suited to be called angels.

Despite all that, they are all still Yuuichiro's Angels in Disguise.
