Angel(s) in Disguise (MikaYuu)

CH 14

Third person point of view:

   Yuuichiro bites the back of pencil nervously, the sketch of a flower on his paper left unfinished. He has classes today, three of them. But he don't want to step out of his own room, under any circumstances and that includes university.

Why?

  Someone is in his house. Right outside the safety of his own room. At first, he thought it was his friends, paying him a surprise visit without telling him a word again. But he is proven wrong when he read that Mitsuba and Shinoa is having a trip with their classmates under the same major from the group chat. Kimizuki is busy with his university works, as he happens to have a day full of class because one of them get cancelled before. While Yoichi, it is obvious he went to class when the brunet ask him why he never show up at university that day.

   Bless the afternoon classes. He somehow has to swallow a sleeping pill because he can't sleep, and well, he was warned that sleeping pills can be strong. He don't know it can be so strong that he missed breakfast. Can't blame the pills when he basically swallowed them at 2 am, though.

  Waking up an hour earlier, he heard clattering from outside of his room. Thinking that it was his friends, he smiled before checking his phone. However, it faltered just as quick as it appeared. After knowing the solid fact that none of his friends can be in his house at the moment, his face paled. He scurried to his bedroom door, stumbling on the way and falling with a loud thud.

   Yuuichiro felt like crying when the clattering stops, as if it acknowledged that the raven was finally awake. He wasted no time and locked his door. There was footsteps, and it stopped right in front of his room. Yuuichiro can see the shadow of a human feet, standing in front of his door doing nothing.

   The raven tried controlling his breathing, praying to god if there is one up there to make the person in front of his room go away quickly and leave him alone. The person didn't. He motionlessly stood in front of Yuuichiro's room. Meanwhile the scared boy felt like he was getting an panic attack. His breathing was too uneven, and his heart was threatening to jump out of his chest.

   Yuuichiro had his que. He was so fucking sick of it. And so he shouted at the person behind his door. "Go away!" He shouted, not caring that his voice was breaking. "Leave me alone!" He continued. He heard shuffling. It was quiet for a while, but then a note slid down his door frame. The gap is so small, but a piece of paper and shadow can be seen, though Yuuichiro never realize when the person has crouched to slid the paper through the small gap.

  The raven stayed where he was, not moving a little from his current position which was a safe 2 meters away from his doorframe because of his stumbling. He had to squint to read the note, but he could careless when his life, may be on the line at the moment.

But you don't want to be alone. The note read.

  "Of course i do! Go the fuck away!" Yuuichiro shouted. The person was right, he don't want to be alone. But he certainly doesn't want the company of a stalker that broke into his house countless times. He heard what he could describe as a chuckle, before another note slid into his room and the person left.

Sorry then. Do your things, i am leaving.

  That is what the last note said. Yuuichiro wants to believe the stalker and get out from his room, leaving his house. But what if the person hasn't exactly gone.. and is waiting at his door?

   Yuuichiro doesn't want to risk anything. And so he keeps everything inside his room locked, even his window and obviously his bedroom door. He tried to calm himself by doing sketches, but obviously, he can't. Not with bubbling anxiety and empty stomach, anyway.
