The sickly song of stress
Beat it into the desk.
Don't cry.Breath breath breath

See spots in your vision.
Don't faint.Whisper whisper whisper
Look over your shoulder

Don't break.Shiver shiver shiver

You can feel cold in your fingers.
Don't scream.Beat beat beat
Your heart is running faster
Chest is close to bursting
Don't speak'Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded' Buddha
