Ch. 10 Heart Stealer

"Will.. Will you be my girlfriend?"

What? I'm mean yes of course I want to be, but we just met each other officially 2 days ago. Shawns the guy of my dreams...

My brain is telling me No, but my heart tells me yes....

"Yes" his eye went big and so did his smile "thank god" he pulled me into a huge hug "just promise me one thing?" He pulled back "anything" I can't believe he's my boyfriend "we gotta take it slow. I've never had a relationship before and since we're probably gonna be separated most of the time, it's gotta be built on trust..." He cut me off by a quick peck to my lips.

"Shelb, everything will be fine.. And I trust you with my life" woah alright then. "Oh crap, the VIPs are coming in, you might want to.. Yea know.." I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek "I'll see yeah later" he nodded and I walked away.

Everybody wanted to hear Shawn's Q&A so we all walked to the top of the building and sat down on the balcony that looked down at the stage. "Hey guys! Thanks for coming!" I sat by Jess and Cameron.

All the girls gave him a hug and some took a picture and some did this or that. "Okay guys Q&A. Ask away" a bunch started to raise their hands. "You, in the blue top" some guy came around the corner and handed her a mic.

"Are you single?" All the girls screamed. "Yes" what? Is he still trying to protect me from the Paps? Ughhhhhh

"Okay next girl" they passed around the mic. "Who's that girl dating Cam! We all want to be the first to know" I choked on absolutely nothing and Cams eyes went huge. "Um what?" Cam put his hand around my back for comfort "that... That was..." One girl grabbed the mic "you so like her! Why would you be choking up if you didn't!" I could see him tense up.

"No I don't like her, she's just a good friend of mine. She's my new photographer" what! I looked over at Tasha and she looked really concerned. "Oh sureeeeee so you don't like her at all?" He shook his head "Nope" even tho I know he's lying, that Kindah hurt. "Shawn will you Marry me!" He smiled "of course!" The girls screamed and giggled.

"So is that girl dating Cameron? We all saw him holding her!" Why are they so interested in me? "Yeah! Who is she really!" I'm gonna hurl if they don't stop talking about me and Cam. "Why don't you ask them yourselves?" Are you fucking kidding me shawn! A big light shinned up on the balcony and of course Cameron still had his arm around me. "Come on down guys" I looked at Cam and mouthed 'what do we do' he shrugged.

We walked down from the balcony and onto the stage, a guy handed us a headset mic thing. "So are you two dating!"

"Of course they are!"

"Who would date her?"

"They would be so cute"

"Haha not!"

A lot of girls kept shouting out things, I felt Dizzy. Cameron snaked his arm around my waist again to keep me up right. "See they are dating!" And then the flashes started again. I looked at Cam and shawn, they both wouldn't say anything. So I stepped up "hey.. Hey guys" my voice kind of cracked "I know there's a lot of rumors now about me and Cam but they're false" I heard a lot of 'gasps' "so then who are you!" Take a deep breath shelbi "I'm the new photographer and Cameron is my best friend but don't worry ladies he's single" I gave them all a big wink and they all started laughing.

"Enjoy the concert ladies" I walked off the stage and I heard footsteps following me. "What the hell!" I turned to shawn and Cameron. "What was that shawn! Why the fuck would you call us both down" I could tell he was set back by my language but he regained. "I didn't know what to do! I couldn't tell them your my girlfriend and you know why!" Cam started to walk away but I grabbed his arm and pulled him back. "So you thought it was okay for us to be dating?!? He's like fricken 4 years older than me!" Shawn started to rub his temples and I let Cameron go.
