Who was this boy and why was he so nice to me?
Why did he walk me to all of my classes and made conversation with me all day?
Why did he happen to have all the same classes as me?
And now, why was he taking me to lunch?
"Okay so do you buy lunch or bring lunch?" He asks me while we walk through the double doors. Wow the cafeteria was huge! There was a long line of people waiting to get served lunch which smelled delicious. It pleased my nose and made my stomach groan. "Uh, I brought lunch but the school's smells so good." I say with my nose still getting used to the mouth watering smell. "Yeah I know, that's the best part about this school. Texas doesn't lay when it comes to food." He says while smiling."I bring lunch too so let's find somewhere to sit." He says while guiding me to an empty table. "Are you sure this isn't someone else's seat?" I ask. He laughs at me. "Did I make a joke?" I feel annoyed. I know for a fact that I didn't. "No it's just, I sit wherever I want whenever I want." He says while taking a seat. "Oh well I didn't know you were Mr.V.I.P!" I say condescendingly. He chuckles at me. "Am I a clown?" I ask. Okay now I am really annoyed. "No it's just that you make me laugh." He says while picking up his sandwich. I dismiss his words and decide to sit down, there was no need to make a scene. I didn't need that drama again. "So what is it like in Florida, do you live on the beach or something?" He asks.
Okay this bothered me. A LOT. Why does everyone think Florida is like that. People think in Florida everyone owns a pet alligator, lives on the beach, has a tan, eats oranges for breakfast-lunch- and dinner, that they go to Disney World every weekend, and that we don't know snow exists. All of that is lies.
"Actually I live...I mean lived in the suburbs. My house was on a lake and was surrounded by oak trees." I say. "Do you have any pets?" He asks. "My grandma is...was allergic to most animals and since she lives...lived with us we couldn't get any." I reply. I kept talking as if I still lived there when I didn't. "She doesn't live with you anymore?" He asks. "No she died." I simply reply. He stares at me and looks stunned. "What?" I ask. "It's just that most people would get emotional with that subject." He responds. "You're right. Most people would get emotional and probably cry, but not me. I don't find death sad. I think of it as long term sleep. The world is so sick and evil. So when people no longer had to live in it, I feel happy. Not about their death, but that they are dead. It's something to be celebrated, not cried about." I once again simply reply. He takes a good look at me and smiles. I don't know why but I guessed my words pleased him. Maybe we agreed about this subject.

This girl had shared similar views about death with me. It wasn't something to be afraid of. It was natural, when you leave the earth you and your family should be happy. And that was how the rest of lunch continued. Us talking about things that interested us. She was a girl, the first girl, that I could actually have a deep conversation with.

"So do you have a ride home?" He asks me. "I actually live down the street, I was planning on walking." I reply. He looks shocked. "What did I say now?" I ask exasperatedly. "It's just that, those houses are where all the rich and uptight and snooty people live." He says. He was right. It was a very A-lister neighborhood. My mother and father were both doctors and had no problem dropping almost 1 million on our dream house. It had six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, not to mention the various rooms we had in our house which were purely for entertainment. "I guess, but I don't consider myself snooty or uptight." I say looking at my feet. This was getting uncomfortable very fast. "I didn't mean it like that." He says scratching the back of his neck, showing that he was uncomfortable."I'll take you up on that ride." I say shoving his shoulder slightly to lighten up the mood.Joey

She's in my car. The prettiest girl in the entire school. She's just starring out the window looking so majestic. The afternoon sunlight is making her caramel curls shimmer and her eyes sparkle. Right now she is sitting in my black 2014 Jeep Wrangler. It was a present from my rich uncle for my 17th birthday / Christmas present since my birthday was so close to the holiday. December 23nd to be exact.I started up the car and turned the A/C on, I wanted to make Kristen comfortable. But then I saw her shiver. I quickly turned it off and her goosebumps faded away. Once we pulled up to the gate we were greeted by a guard. She leaned over me which ment my face was so close to her luscious hair. I took a quick sniff and smelt cinnamon, my favorite smell in the whole entire world. Was this girl made for me? Who's hair after a day long of school smells this good? Oh yeah, this rich, beautiful, and intelligent angel. "Hi Marc! Can you let us in." She says to the guard. He presses a button and the gate opens. Wait, the gate is gold. It's a freaking golden gate. "Thanks!" She says to the elderly man and 'Marc' tips his hat.
When we finally pull up to her house I'm in shock. It's...gorgeous. It was stone, a black/grey stone. There was a fountain in the middle of her circular driveway and even that was gorgeous. Not to mention the countless rooms. "Wow." I say in awe. She looks at me and smiles. "My parents have a thing for architecture." She says. Our moment is interrupted by a woman's voice. "Hi honey!!" A woman says in an excited voice. She looks nothing like Kristen. Blonde hair, Blue eyes, and pink lips. Also her skin is lighter, much light. Wait a second. She's white. "Hi mom, this is Joey, Joey this is my mom Cara." She says. I guess she could sense my confusion because then she explains. "My dad is black. So I came out like this." She says while huffing out a large breath. "My mom has a thing for tall, dark, and handsome." She jokes. Her mother then laughs and sticks her tongue out playfully. "Come on inside Joseph, you're welcome to stay for dinner." Kristen's mother says.

A/N: So this is pretty long (I hope!). I plan on double updating today cause I just have the best inspiration right now! I know I didn't hit my "20+ views and 5+ votes" I was requesting but I don't care. This story is just for pure enjoyment and nothing serious. I want to put my focus on my main book, aka Letters To Luna. So please don't expect regular updates. I update this book when I have inspiration, it just helps to get the writing juices flowing. Okay byeeeee♡
