Barry slowly regained his senses and his environment started to come back into focus.
His body hurt, his head hurt, his— well everything hurt right now.
Rubble was everywhere. Accompanied with steel rods and smoke.
The Flash looked around taking in his surroundings.
A massive—you guessed it—robot was facing off with the heroes.
Instantly Barry made the connection between Brooklyn's battle bot and this thing. The difference being this one was 2x as big and looked real. Too real. It also looked like Shrek. Green and ogre-looking but it was missing his sweet personality.
He heard static in his ear as he felt the familiar tingle of the speedforce a within him.
"Flash you good?" Chester spoke through the coms.
"Yep, never better, a perfect beauty rest always does the deed" Barry replied smirking.
Barry shot off towards the Shrek rip-off.
He sped around moving Black Lightning and Speedy out of the way of a massive swing of an arm.
"Hey sleepyhead, how was the nap?" Speedy asked grinning.
"The best one yet" Barry replied.
Spider-Man and Green Lantern landed behind them.
The ogre fell on its knees as its face was pummeled by Supergirl's punch.
She landed next to the group as she looked at Barry.
"Are you okay?" She asked
"Yep, I'm good" Barry assured her.
"This thing seems like a revamp of our metal boy before" Hal commented.
"It's worse cause we can't land a single hit on it—well except for the Girl of Steel here" Thea stated.
"Girl of Steel?" Supergirl asked.
"Yeah, it was your nickname, like the Flash's here is Scarlett Speedster" Spider-Man said.
"How about we talk about nicknames later" Jefferson said.
"We got to find way to shut this thing down"
"I have an idea" Spider-Man stated.
"Do you guys remember how the Galactic Empire was stopped?"
5 minutes later
The ogre-bot is frantically searching around for the puny heroes. Still slightly disoriented from Supergirl's punch it stumbles until it finally was able to focus.
