Chapter seven

Time skip (three years- early team seven days)
Kakashi's POV-
Sasuke just left the village and Naruto decided to go train with Jiraiya which left the village pretty quiet.

I was reading the Icha Icha paradise that I had Jiraiya specially made. It was a little story about me and Y/n. I've read it around four times and it always brings a smile to my face. Sakura is always looking at me weirdly when she sees it.

"What is that Kakashi-sensei," she asked. I tried to hide my blush when she asked then I said it was a romance novel. I then walked to my house but then decided to go to Y/n's. It's been around three years since I saw Y/n and wanted to hold her again. She was the person that I loved and wanted to be mine but she was forced to join the Akatsuki and become a rogue ninja. I will go to get her but not yet.

Three more years later to when Naruto returns-

Y/n's POV-
I've been going from the Akatsuki hideout to the leaf village secretly. I've seen Kakashi and wanted to hug him but he would know I was here. I refused because of what Obito said. Obito and I have kind of drifted apart because he has been disappearing from the base often. I haven't seen him in a whole month. I then see a boy with blonde hair return with Jiraiya. I see that the blonde haired boy is Kushina and Minato's son so I take off my Akatsuki cloak. I walk over to them and stand there. Jiraiya knew me and ran up to hug me. I hugged him back. "Hey Jiraiya-senpai. I missed you," I said while hugging him. He then whispered in my ear. "Kakashi had me write a book about you and him. He really cares about you," he said. I smiled. "Do you know about me becoming rogue," I asked. He nodded and explained how Tsunade, another teacher of mine, freed my charge. I was free to come back but if I did I'd be killed by Obito and Pain for betraying the Akatsuki.

"I can't come back though. If I leave the Akatsuki then I'll be killed. I guess that is a fitting end for a traitor like me. I need to because HE was there," I said sighing. "Don't talk like that. It's a waste to lose a beauty like you," said Jiraiya with a smile. I began to cry and embraced him in a hug as Naruto just stared. I then walked back to the village and went to see Tsunade. "H-Hey Tsuna-senpai," I said, embarrassed. She was in so much shock that she ran to me and embraced me. She was shedding a few tears as I was. Sakura and the rest of them in the room were confused and then I heard something outside. I stared as I saw Kakashi and he was in shock. He stared at me and it burned into my soul. "Hey Kakashi. It's been awhile hasn't it," I said trying to calm down. I was holding back shedding tears. I knew I wouldn't live long considering I left the Akatsuki. Kakashi ran inside from the window and embraced me in a tight hug. "I missed you so much," said Kakashi. "Let's talk somewhere more private," I said as I looked at everyone else in the room. We walked out into the hallway and we began to talk.
