"Ah I heard there is a crepes shop that is quite famous! Um what's the name again..", you are trying your best to remember the name of the shop. "Marion crepes?", he glanced at you after checking his phone and put it back inside his jacket pocket. "Oh! Yes!! That!! Wait, how did you know?!" you nodded your head. It is surprising how he knows about such things, since you know he never cares about stuff like that. "I did my research for today's date~" he smirked as you ended up chuckling. "Of course of course~ But stop joking about that geez.. If it's another girl, they will probably take your joke seriously, shuji.." you chuckled as Hanma just remained silent. Your words sure made his heart ache but seeing your smile was worth the pain. "Let's buy some and eat at the nearby park.", he ruffled your head in a teasing way, made you protest and tried to push his hand away while fixing your hair.

"This is so good~" you took a bite of your crepes as you two headed to the nearby park. "If you eat it that fast, you will finish it before we even manage to find somewhere to sit..", he spoke in a teasing tone while you just gave him a small light glare. "Fiiine~ Geez.. You really like to...", suddenly you stopped on your tracks. "Ba..ji..san..", you mumbled as you even lost a hold of your crepes, made you drop it on the ground. Just when you thought things were getting better, your world crumbled. Just a few hours ago, you laughed and had so much fun with Hanma. Now you are standing there, eyes widened and frozen. You felt like your world was just falling apart and your heart sinking. There you saw him kissing another girl. You could feel tears streaming down your cheeks yet you couldn't even move nor muttered any words. Hanma's hand quickly covered your eyes. You just saw your crush kissing another girl with your own two eyes. "I told you he is a dog..", you could hear Hanma's voice as calm as usual. He could feel your body losing strength as he quickly turned your body around, "I'm here, y/n.. I will keep you safe.." he held you close and let you bury your face to his chest. Silently crying your eyes out, ignoring whatever is happening around you. Somehow the world doesn't really matter that much anymore for you.

-Hanma's POV-

It's been awhile since he saw her laughing as free as that. He misses her cheerful self. Even though he has been avoiding her, he is still watching her from afar and he knows how struggling she is with her little crush and he won't let those chances slide away just like that. Again he checked his phone, 'We are right on time..'. "Fiiine~ Geez.. You really like to...", he noticed how she suddenly stopped moving and where her eyes were staring. Both of them could see how her crush got kissed by another girl. Ah how much he wanted to laugh but he knew that won't bring anything good. He looked at her, he thought she would run to that guy in rage then slapped the living hell of him but no. She just froze there. What shocked him the most, he saw those tears running down her cheeks. His eyes widened in shock when saw that. This is not how you should react. His hand quickly covered her eyes. "I told you he is a dog..", he does feel a tint of guilt. She saw enough and now everything is falling apart for her. He couldn't help but end up having a smirk on his face 'Aaah~ This is bad~ Hold yourself together Shuji Hanma.'. Thanks to him covering her eyes, she couldn't see how her little crush pushed the girl away from him. Quickly he turned her body around, afraid if she saw that then his little scheme would fall apart. He held her body close, wrapping his arms around her trembling body. He knows at this moment and this state, she already turned her back from the world. "I'm here, y/n.. I will keep you safe.." , just when he was whispering those sweet words, his eyes met with Baji's eyes. He could see how shocked that crush of her was when saw him hold her in his arms, he smirked at Baji's while holding her closer.

-Baji's POV-

"Make it quick.. Tell me what you know about Walhalla and Shuji Hanma. We paid you already so spit it out", his tone sounds cold and annoyed, and could be seen as unfriendly towards the girl in front of him. She gulped as she started sharing all the information she knew. While listening carefully about that information, the girl suddenly grabbed hold of his collar shirt and pulled him into a kiss. Shocked, he pushed her away as fast as he could "What the fuck you think you are doing?!". "I-i'm sorry!! I-it just.. They held my boyfriend captive.. I-if I didn't do this, they won't let him go" she sniffles as she apologizes to him. He quickly wiped his lips with the sleeve "Don't you fucking dare do something like this to me any-". His eyes widened when he saw y/n standing there with Hanma. He could feel anger and rage building inside of him when he saw Hanma embrace her like that. He saw that smug smirk on his face, god how he wants to kill that guy right now. The fact that she is indeed with the enemy, made him feel like she just betrayed him. He couldn't believe that what all of his friends told him was right. Turning his back, hatred started building up in his heart.
