"I-i only have enough to buy the charm.. P-please.. I swear I didn't know anything and I-i swear I will keep my mouth shut.." your voices trembling as your eyes clearly avoiding him. Baji looked surprised and taken back hearing you saying all those things. "H-hey calm down. I didn't mean to-..dammit.." he looked at chifuyu, asking for help explaining things to you. Chifuyu sighed, coming to rescue the poor panicked and nervous guy that was trying to talk to the girl who seemed to misunderstand the whole situation. It took long until you finally calmed down while Chifuyu explained what's going on. You sit there on one of the stairs, hugging your bag close. Staring at them blankly trying to process everything, still refusing to believe all those information. "Why do you need the charm from this shrine?" Baji finally tried to make small talk with you, but you felt more like being interrogated by him. "T-the math test and the biology test.. They will hold it in two days.. I heard the charm of this shrine is that it is really good to bring luck.. Especially for exams and tests.." your eyes glanced away, avoiding his sharp eyes that glued on you.

Baji's POV

'What is she doing here?!' he couldn't help but be shocked when he saw her beside Chifuyu. Letting go of the guy he just beaten up, he walked towards her. He tried to approach her but she seemed scared of him. "H-hey calm down. I didn't mean to-..dammit.." could be heard he is starting to get panicked a little. 'Chifuyu! He must know what to do!' he thought to himself as he quickly looked at his friend that sighed coming to his rescue. Letting Chifuyu do the explanation, somehow he couldn't take his eyes off you. You are just too cute sitting like that hugging her bag, 'I wanna be that bag..'. Little did he know how scared she actually was. "Why do you need the charm from this shrine?" he asked curiously, he is trying his best to soften his tone but still it comes out like he asked for a fight, he is actually feeling a bit bad about it and felt slightly anxious. "T-the math test and the biology test.. They will hold it in two days.. I heard the charm of this shrine is that it is really good to bring luck.. Especially for exams and tests..". Ah hearing her voices somehow made him almost smile but hearing there will be tests in two days, his eyes widened as he is now the one who turned pale "FUCK!!!".

You flinched when you heard him suddenly cursing as loud as he could. You looked at him confused and scared, ready to throw or hit him with your bag in case he goes bananas. "You have no idea about it huh, baji-san?" Chifuyu chuckled a bit as both of you saw how panicked baji's expression was. "What do I do.. I haven't studied at all.. Agh!! I'm screwed!" He groaned in frustration. "W-well.. You still have time to study.. If you start now. I-if you excuse me.. I-i will just gonna take my leave.. I still have to study too..", you get up as you try your best to get out of there. Heard your words, he quickly grabbed your arm "You.. Are you good with it? Study? You teach me". His serious face sure is scary, you are too scared as you just nodded your head as fast as you could. Letting go of your arm, you could hear him sighed in relief and there was a small smirk on his face "Nice. You come with me. Once I'm done with today's gathering meeting.. Let's start that study ". 'Oh god...', how deep inside you scared to death, that smirked, you felt like your soul was about to leave your body.
