Irene's POV

I remained silent, looking at Shuhua who clearly was spacing out and thinking about the little argument she had with her dad. I want to help her I just don't know how.

<<Hey.>> I said carefully.

<<Do you know why I'm angry?>> She asked looking at me, I have never seen her this exhausted.

I looked at her signing her to continue.

<<I'm angry because the hypocrite is not my dad neither Soojin unnie, I am. I am the hypocrite, and it fucking hurts that I can't be mad at them because I made it, this whole mess is all because of me. The reason why I'm this fucked up, I did all of this.>> Shuhua said all in one breath while clenching fists.

Is there a reset button for all of this?

<<You know the kind of person I am, especially with you. I'm way too honest and sometimes my honesty hurts people and sugarcoating things is not my specialty neither yours, but you don't have to take all the blame in here.>> I said caressing her fists so she could loose them a little bit. Shuhua looked at me probably thinking that what I said was impossible.

<<What do you mean? I fucked with my dad's fiancèe, how can that not be my fault?>> She said laughing sarcastically.

<<That's the point. You two made the same mistake, you might have fucked her but she knew who your father was, she should've stopped but she didn't so that's her fault too.>> I told her.

<<I don't know Irene, I don't know..>> Shuhua said massaging her temples.

I could sense how stressed and lost she was.

<<Admitting your own mistakes it's right, but you shouldn't be taking her mistakes too. It wasn't just you who caused this mess.>> I lastly said.

We stayed silent for some minutes.

<<Uhmm...>> I hummed to catch her attention and luckily she turned to my direction confused.

<<I am hungry, you made me get out of that house full of delicious food.>> I said hoping she would smile even a little bit.

<<Oh yeah sorry... Let's go, I'll feed you.>> Shuhua said smiling.

I hope I could see more of her with this smile.

Shuhua's POV

1 hour felt like forever, one subject that I really loathe is Physics, I don't understand how some people find it interesting or even too logical to understand it, oh right... they are nerds.

I was doing my best to focus and listen to the explanation but a lot of things kept me from doing it.

I asked permission to go to the bathroom and when the professor gave it to me I ran. 

<<YEH SHUHUA DON'T RUN!>> I heard him scolding me but acted like nothing happened.

While I was washing my hands I suddenly noticed Soojin unnie coming in without saying anything. With the corner of my eye I saw her walking back and forth apparently checking if the bathroom stalls were all empty. After checking it, she gave a quick look outside before locking the door. 

I looked at her in confusion.

<<We need to talk.>> She said all firm. I looked at her and tried to leave as if she said nothing.

<<Shuhua don't avoid me,  you've been doing this at home already.>> She continued.

<<Sorry but I have to go back to class.>> I said trying to surpass her but I failed.
