"Yep....we blow them away......" I smiled at hearing BJ's attempt at blowing out a quiet breath.
"Let's practice....." I found out that I liked meditation after I broke up with Justin. Mama always did it, but I always thought it was time consuming.

"Yeah.....remember take your time let's be slow. I'll listen....." I heard BJ tutting to himself and peeked an eye open.
"Slow and deep breaths.....you can do it...." BJ squeezed his eyes shut, clenching his fists. The vanilla scent and soft melody filled the rec room Tej had for him, I let the scent mixed with lavender calm me.

"Good job......now let's take another breath......" We inhaled.
BJ is hyperactive, so right before he takes his medication for the afternoon, I figured to do some meditation with him. That way his body won't be so achy when he wakes up and I see that it helps with his speech, too.
"Now we blow out our crazy thoughts away, again......good job. You like how that makes your body feel ok.....?"
"Yeah...."
"Now.....when's your birthday.....?"
"Jjuly 18.....82!"
"You're doing so good BJ....." His memory was improving.
"Yeah."
"Now, let's play a game....."
"I like the game...." I giggled.
"I know you do.....ok, if we be quiet for 3 minutes, I'll make you a grilled bologna & cheese sandwich and I have a chocolate parfait for you....." I smiled again.
"Oh....! I like the chocolate."
"Yeah, Tej brought it early this morning. It looks so yummy, too....." I teased.
Tej got it from the very busy bakery, ChocolateDreams on Union Blvd. In my opinion, it's the best urban bakery around DC. Liyah told us the other day, that the owners son was marrying her boss. Liyah's boss happened to be best friends with the same real estate agent helping Londyn and her friend and is Liyah's sister in law!
