It was stupidly weird for Beca how she was incredibly nervous at that very moment. Chloe and her had been dating for a long time now and yet she was a nervous mess at having to go through this date she had planned after they got on the plane back to New York.

Chloe had been humming to herself while Beca worked on some mix and the thought just got pushed in front of her mind, asking Chloe on a date was actually nerve wracking more than preparing for it. She just calmly looked at the redhead, but she was aware that her insides were on a riot for even thinking of it, squeezing the redhead's hands that had been clasped with hers for since the plane set off, she had the redhead's attention and achieved a bright smile after she suggested dinner at her place.

It was only few who knew that Beca could cook, and that she could cook very well, and Chloe was excited to have this alone time with Beca after going on a trip with their friends for a week.

It would probably because she sucked at dating before or because she really didn't want Chloe to realize she was a bad girlfriend and break up with her, but Beca was definitely nervous at that very moment as she lit the candles that was in the middle of the table was beautifully set to fit in a romantic occasion.

Beca was just carving up the chicken when the door bell ringing made her jump and drop the knife she was using. Puffing out a breath of air, she tried to calm herself and took off the mittens she was wearing before approaching the door, but stopped in front of the mirror that was in the foyer to straighten herself.

Despite their date being in her house, Beca dressed herself formally to make sure that Chloe didn't think she was taking it not so seriously, so she was in a black dressed that ended just above her knee, wearing a red step in sandals that Aubrey gave her two years ago, she had her hair down and colored her pale features with light peach make-up.

Another ring made her rush to answer the door, but her panic halted for a minute when she saw Chloe behind the mahogany door. The redhead was wearing a beautiful dress as well, though it was back-less unlike Beca's, but she also had her hair down in flowing waves of red locks that framed her face just beautifully. The smoky make-up she had on made her eye color pop and all Beca could possibly do was gulp for a minute and stop thinking of just pulling Chloe in and ravishing her against the door.

"Hey stranger." Chloe smirked at seeing her Beca's hungry look before giggling when the brunette's pale cheek colored a deep shade of red,"You'll get to see what's under this dress after dinner, sweet cheeks."

Opening the door wider, the brunette stepped aside to let Chloe in, stepping side by side to Beca, Chloe turned to the brunette and pushed her against the open door and captured her lips in a bruising kiss, making a sound of utter pleasure when Beca shoved her nervousness aside for a moment and let her tongue explore Chloe's welcoming mouth.

"I love doing doing that," Chloe breathily whispered as she they pulled away, swiping her thumb over Beca's lower lip as the brunette rubbed her lower back softly, subtly pulling the redhead closer.

"I love you doing that," The brunette reply which made Chloe chuckle.

Intertwining their hands together, Chloe pulled the brunette in the house, letting her lock the door for a moment before letting Beca lead her to the dining room where the sight of a candle lit dinner waiting for them made the redhead gasp.

Chloe turned to Beca and was surprised one more time by the fact that the brunette took the time to buy her the kind of flowers she liked,"And here they doubted you had the capability to act as romantic as possible."

"I'm quiet good at being discreet," Beca winked which made Chloe giggle and the brunette watched as Chloe sniffed the flowers and gave her a kiss on the cheek as a sign of appreciation,"Come on, let's not wait for the food to get cold."
