At 6 PM, the team arrived at an abandoned warehouse where Korsak called them, Jesse's group arrived first and went straight to action just as Beca, Chloe, Jane and Maura were getting their shoe protectors and gloves on.
"What do we have, Korsak?"Jane crouched down near the naked body of a young woman with Beca standing beside her as her wife and Chloe took their tools out and inspected the body.
"This girl has nothing on her, no clothes, no I.D's no nothing, all we have is her discarded body and that poor man over there." Korsak pointed to a table near them and the women saw a head of a man, the crew who took crime scene photos were flocking around like a flock of crows as they captured pictures of their prey, Beca merely cringed at her intrusive thoughts.
"Christ, is this some kind of butcher warehouse or something?" Beca asked no one in particular as she turned back around to Chloe who was flashing light on the girls eyes," How bout you tell us how long she has been here." She told the redhead as she too, crouched down beside Jane who took a napkin from her pocket and covered the woman's private area after Maura finished inspecting it.
"Well, from the smell alone I could say about a few days already, and that head looks like it's been here for over a week or so, base on the worms that are now eating his eyeballs." Maura wincing as she watched a worm get out of the mans retina.
"Damn..."Beca said, making a face as she too saw the disgusting scene.
"Detective Mitchell?" There are five pair of eyes that turned towards a cop who was holding up a paper as he approached the brunette detective," I think you might like this." He handed her the paper he was holding and smiled, putting his hand in his pocket.
"What's this?"She asked the man, examining the paper.
"We found that on the way here, it was on a tree... I realized she looked just like that girl," He pointed the dead girl in front of them with his chin.
"Thank you."She nodded and bid him farewell," Alexandra Nicoles. Twenty-Three. Lives in Brooklyn." She looked up and saw four eyes staring at her expectantly," She's been missing, as it states here... Her parents number is here too." Beca looked reluctant as she took out her phone," Should I call the parents?"
"What are you, an idiot? Call the parents, Mitchell!" Korsak snapped and she scrambled to dial the number on the paper, staring at the girls face.
Upon picking up, Beca went straight to the point, telling them about the unfortunate fate of their daughter, she heard the mother shriek and the father curse out that what she was telling wasn't the true, and she completely understood. Finding out that your daughter is dead was never lovely.
"Mitchell, check out what we found out in the back!" Cynthia Rose called out through the warehouse and Beca immediately nodded, running to her direction.
"On my way." Getting out of the huge place, Beca followed Cynthia in front of a white van that looked like it was just recently used," A van, huh."
"I bet this was the vehicle the suspect used to abduct the girl and the boy... By the looks of it, the van hasn't been use for a few days now... Considering the full tank." Stacie told her as she opened the door, showing Beca the fuel monitor.
"What the hell is that fucking smell?" Aubrey asked as she opened the back of the van, covering her nose as she fought of the will do barf.
"Probably your mouth, Hitler's infamous grandchild." Beca muttered under her breath as she too walked to the back, but found nothing other than that awful smell that was way stinkier than Jesse's socks.
