"So you're telling me, you actually think you have a chance with Seonghwa?" Wooyoung asked as he sat down with his friend in the cafe.
"Shhh not so loud you idiot and yes..." Hongjoong shushed his friend as he felt people were looking.
"Doesn't he have a...?"
"No! He explained to me how it was a set up by his dad who's retiring as ceo and passing it to him in less than a week..." Hongjoong explained, Wooyoung nodded slowly, processing everything.
After that they continued chatting about all kinds of different stuffs, specifically about Seonghwa and why Hongjoong thought he had a chance despite him not really knowing. In reality, he just hoped he had a chance, but he wanted to wait. If one thing, he hated asking people out because of his past experiences with doing so. Hongjoong just hoped and prayed to the high heavens that Seonghwa felt the same way. Although he would understand if that wasn't the case at all.
The two continued chatting, Hongjoong mentioning how Seonghwa and him got on good terms again. Meaning Wooyoung could finally calm down and stop side eyeing the guy whenever he saw him. Hongjoong could only laugh at his friends behavior, finding it quite funny.
"So, tomorrow." Hongjoong started, "A very famous old lady will be at the shop, and I need you and Yeosang to present your best, no pressure!" He smiled as Wooyoung nodded.
"Who is she?"
"One of the most famous florists in Korea..."
Wooyoung almost spat out his drink as he heard what Hongjoong said, the words slowly being engraved in his mind. His eyes were wide as he looked at his friend who was smiling nervously and scratching his neck.
"You're kidding right?" Wooyoung asked in disbelief
"uh.... no..." Hongjoong answered quietly and slowly.
Wooyoung just stared at him, still in disbelief. The most famous florist is coming to our flower shop... holy fuck... Was all that he could think in the moment. He tried to find a reason why in the world such a famous person would visit such a small flower shop.
Not long after the conversation started, Wooyoung promised to tell Yeosang once he got home. This time there was no main subject in their conversation as they would just talk about everything that came to their minds, whether it would be the things outside that they laid their eyes on or anything really.
Soon enough though, they parted ways as Hongjoong needed to be somewhere while Wooyoung just headed home, bidding each other goodbye, they walked each their way. Wooyoung was happily sipping on yet another frappuccino that he had bought for his way home, just so he had something to do while walking alone. At some point he heard a motorcycle behind him as he turned around he smiled as the person took of their helmet, It was San.
"Hey baby" San spoke as he hugged the younger
"Hey Sannie, wanna go home with me?" Wooyoung asked as he intertwined their fingers
"Sure, hop on, I'll drive us there yeah?" San patted the seat behind his on his motorcycle, Wooyoung smiled and got on. San of course always had the extra helmet with him.
San started the motorcycle again and drove away with Wooyoung on the back seat. It didn't take long for them to arrive at Wooyoung and Yeosang's apartment. Wooyoung hoped he was at least home so he could break the news to him that Hongjoong had told him. Being even more excited now than before.
Getting off the motorcycle, he got his things and gave back the extra helmet to San as he put it away. Both of them walked into the building, slowly finding their way up to the third floor, unlocking the door. Once he did Wooyoung's mouth fell open and his eyes went wild. He dropped everything, startling the others. San got a look at the scene too, copying exactly what Wooyoung did.
