"You guys finally made it!" Lumine said lecturing Xiao and Aether angrily for being late.
"Sorry.." Xiao had been apologizing as Aether had been silent.
"Oh well, let's get set up over there." Lumine said leading the way to some stone benches.

"Here, the lady organizing this gave us these." Lumine said handing Aether and Xiao a pair of gloves and a trash bag.
"Thanks." Aether says as he slips on the pair of gloves.
Xiao does the same, slipping his pair of gloves onto his hands silently.
"Alrighty! Let's head down to the rocks!" Lumine says pointing in the direction of the rocky shores.

In the end Lumine went with Xiangling and Paimon leaving Xiao and Aether alone together picking up fallen lanterns.
"Hey Xiao! There's some up there!" Aether said pointing up towards the fallen lanterns on a edge.
"Let's go get them." Aether tells Xiao.
"Alright, be careful you might slip. It's kind of steep." Xiao says a bit concerned.
"Relax! Let's just go." Aether says grabbing Xiao's hand from behind which made Xiao blush.

"Alright, I think it's the last of them up here. Should we go back down now?" Aether asks Xiao.
"Why don't we take a break?" Xiao says sitting down onto the sand.
"Oh! Good idea!" Aether says smiling as he sits down next to Xiao.
"Here." Xiao says handing Aether a bottle of water he pulled out of his backpack given to him by Lumine.
"Oh, thanks!" Aether grabs the bottle out of Xiao's hand, while grabbing the bottle from Xiao's hand their hands grazes each other's for a brief moment.
"Yea.." Xiao says staring at his hand that Aether had just touched.

"Should we go back now?" Aether asks as he screws the cap back onto the bottle.
"Sure." Xiao replies as he sat there waiting for Aether.
"Alright, let's go!" Aether says getting up.
"Alright, give me your bottle." Xiao says getting up as well.
"Thanks." Aether says handing Xiao the bottle for him to put in the bag.
"Mhm, let's go down now." Xiao replies.

"I'll go down first." Xiao says.
"Alright, be careful." Aether tells Xiao.
Xiao goes down the steep rocky slope without a problem, after he reaches the sand he looks back at Aether whom is coming full speed after him.
"AH!" Aether screams as he's coming full speed from the slope at Xiao.
As Aether is slipping towards Xiao, Xiao's reaches his hands out to catch Aether as he comes towards him.
"Ack-"
"Are you alright?" Xiao asks staring at Aether concerned.
Aether nods shyly in response.
"Are you hurt?" Xiao asks.
Aether shakes his head silently as he stares at Xiao as he looks at Aether worriedly.
"Alright.. are you sure you're alright?" Xiao asks again looking at Aether.
"I'm fine.." Aether blushes as Xiao looks at him worriedly still holding onto Aether closely.
"Um.. Xiao.. I'm fine now so you can let go." Aether nervously tells Xiao blushingly.
"Oh- sorry." Xiao said immediately letting Aether's arm go as he realized.
"It's fine.." Aether replies not looking up at Xiao too embarrassed.
"We should head back now.." Xiao says not looking back at Aether either.
"Yea.." Aether replies.
Xiao turns around and starts walking quickly full of embarrassment. As Xiao is walking he hears a suddenly thud and then scream. Xiao turns around and sees Aether on the sandy ground.
"Are you okay?" Xiao asks rushing back to Aether to help him get out.
"Yea.. I just tripped.." Aether replies as he holds onto Xiao's hand for support.
"Does it hurt?" Xiao asks.
"No.." Aether shakes his head.
"Let's head back now, it's about time to meet up with Lumine and the others." Xiao said leading the way while holding Aether's hand.
