"I am so sorry I'm late, Chef Mao!" I said running through the door.
"Aether! You're finally here, Paimon wasstarting to think you were going to show up." Paimon said greeting me.
"Is Chef Mao in the back?" I asked Paimon.
"Not today! Dad is sick so big sis came in for today." Paimon answered.
"Big sis? You have a sister?" I asked curiously.
"Yea, she usually works weekends so that's why you don't see her." Paimon answered.
"Oh alright." I replied.
"Funny thing she was also late!" Paimon laughed.
"Oh alright." I said heading to the back to grab my uniform.
I walked around the corner but suddenly bumped into someone.
"Ack, sorry!"
"It's fine." I said looking down seeing Xiangling.
"Oh hey Aether, what are you doing here?" Xiangling said getting up off the ground.
"I work here, so you work here too?." I asked brushing some dust off of my clothes.
"Yea, I usually work weekends though, I'm here covering for my dad." Xiangling replied.
"Wait, you're Chef Mao's daughter?" I asked staring at her.
Xiangling nodded.
"What's taking so long back here! We got customers!" Paimon popped out of the corner.
"Ack, sorry." I replied and walking into the locker room.

"Say Paimon, how old exactly are you?" I asked.
"Probably 12, Paimon doesn't know Paimon's real age." Paimon replied .
"You don't know your real age?" I asked looking at Paimon.
"Mister Mao isn't Paimon's real father, Paimon was found in front of Mister Mao's restaurant when it first started to open, Paimon doesn't really remember " Paimon replied
"Oh.. that makes sense." I said.
"Paimon is hungry, Paimon is going to get Xiangling to make some something, do you want anything?" Paimon asked getting up from the chair.
"I'm good." I replied.
"Alright!" Paimon said walking away.
