Day 12 - 13. Weekend again- part -1.

Late friday evening around 7:30 a mail honked at the mail box of about 25 students. The sender was Kiaan.Lokeswar. It was an invitation for his birthday party.
It said, " I was really overwhelmed by your initiative to celebrate my birthday. Let's get together on 24.9.21 at Cafe Delicatessen at Six o'clock evening and make some noise."

The address was added. Kiaan had gone by the list Druv had given him. He felt whoever did not participate was because they did not want to and he saw not reason to include them in the list. Little did he know that it was Amrita and her minions who were calling the shots. Many were kept out of it on purpose. Nyasa knew about it. But these days she was bit down and kind of heart broken because of Palash's indifference. So, she did not say anything. It was only next day when she went to the party she realised what had happened and there was no way the situation could be salvaged. So, she kept quiet and went with the flow. In fact, if Tanya was asked she would have contributed. But she was kept in dark about it. It was surprising even Jessica her best friend did not tell her.

Anyway, just as Amrita saw the invite she called Ritu and asked whether she got it. Both the girls got giggling and discussing on what they would wear etc.

" Sun,( listen) is that bitch invited?" Asked Amita.

" Pata nahin( Don't know) " replied Ritu.

" let's call our new naukrani( servant) and find out," they decided.

Jessica Kharbanda was seeing stars. She had this crush on Kiaan from the day he had come. She knew most of the girls in class had it too. But she made it a point to get introduced to him and talk to him. She was okay with the fact that he ignored Tanya. It gave her a high when he smiled at her and looked through Tanya. Tanya showed no emotion but she knew deep down she felt bad. Tanya or Tixie as everyone called her always had it better with other guys. In class eight when she had a crush on Palash he ignored her but was so friendly with Tixie. It would burn her heart when he teased her pixie Tixie and pulled her pigtails. Anyway, she was surprised when she got a con call from Amrita and Ritu.

" heeeeyyyaaaa," they both yelled on the phone.

" Did you get an invite from Kiaan?" Asked Amrita.

" Yes," giggled Jessica.

" See how being with us gets you what you want," Said Amrita. She had her chat box with Ritu open and they were texting on the side. "Stupid bitch. With a face that looks like the backside of a pig she thinks she can get Kiaan," wrote Amrita to Ritu.

Ritu sent a series laughing emojis with a hand over the mouth...like a chortle.

" Let's use this pig to find out about the bitch - wrote back Amrita.

Then continuing with her conversation with Jessica she said, "Jessy, we can go together to the party. But I don't know. May be you would want to go with Tanya."

" No. No. I can go with you," then she stopped. She couldn't ditch Tanya also, " Ummm..."

" Provided of course...Tanya is invited," Ritu stepped in.

" Ummm...yeeeesss. Could you find out. I had this imported make up which is so amazing. It would just hide all pimples and blemises. You could come over to my place and we would do your make- up. Then we could go together. Wouldn't it be great?" She giggled excitedly.

Jessica had a pimple problem which bothered her." I will come over at your place."

" Yes you can. But before that you have to secretly find out whether Tanya is invited."
