He walked into the storage room and looked around for a book that had come to mind.
It was dusty in there, it didn't help that more dust was kicked uo whenever Midoriya moved.

Eventually he found the book.
It had a red hard book cover with the title
"Meta Liberation War"
Engraved into it.

"Yeah this is it.

This isn't enough though, I need someone who can get in the inside and gather details.

From what I remember, this book is about the liberation of "meta abilities" a fancy name for quirks. Their weird ideology is that anyone with a quirk should be allowed to use it however they like without restriction. A new government where the world is made to accommodate people's quirks.
Hence the name, meta liberation.
Aka
Quirk freedom.

But what's the point in taking down the league?
They're planning on murdering people anyways, that's why they have an army. You can't change the way an entire government system works without killing the actual leaders.
