"I'll help you train your quirk and figure all of it out as long as you teach me everything dad is going to be teaching. sound fair?"

For the rest of the day, Toya helped Midoriya figure out what he could do with his quirk in its entirety.
By the end of it, midoriya was exhausted.

Midoriya can produce electricity from his hands and control where it goes, however its range is limited compared to a lighting cloud.
Midoriya can control the rain that comes from the clouds he makes or the natural clouds however he likes. He can also manipulate ocean water or any water that's already in existence.
Midoriya can control the snow from the clouds he makes or the natural clouds, he can also freeze things he touches directly.
Midoriya can't manipulate fire, however he can manipulate the heat the sun brings down upon the earth. He can decide to make a specific area a dry desert if he wanted to.
