He dragged him out and chained him down to a seat.
He was still knocked out though.

Midoriya looked outside, those who had rebuild/restructure type quirks were out fixing the city. Lots of destruction had been done.

Low groans could be heard from behind him.
He raised his brow and turned around, Mirio was finally waking up.

"Well looks like sleeping hag woke up."

Mirio tried to move his hands but they were chained to the metal seat he was in.
He tried to activate his quirk but it wouldn't work either...
