HANNA

"Thanks for the ride eumir." nakangiting sabi ko sa kaniya.

He did not respond. He just ride on his car and started the engine. And with that, he left.

Napakunot ang noo ko. Ang weird talaga ng isang yun! Sobrang limited sumagot! Nakakainis! Paano na kung kasal na kami? Nakakabingi naman ang katahimikan nun kung nagkataon!

I just shrugged what im always doing. Well, for you to know. Nandito na ako ngayon sa mansion. Yes, you read it right? Im here at our mansion. Dito ako hinatid ni eumir pagkatapos ng walang kwentang date namin. Anong magagawa ko?

Who's eumir? He's my fiance. He's eumir hampton. I let him to sent me home because he insisted. Inutos daw yun ni daddy sa kaniya.

Dire-diretso akong pumasok papunta sa loob ng mansion namin. Pero bago pa ako makaakyat sa kwarto ko, nakasalubong ko si dad. Nakangiti siya sa akin.

"Meet me at my library." sabi niya sa akin at tumalikod na.

Binilisan ko na ang pag-akyat papunta sa kwarto ko at nagpalit ng damit. I first, took a bath before going at my dad's library.

When i got there, i knocked the door three times. And after that, i entered the room. I saw dad there. Sitting at his swivel chair. He eyed me when he finally felt my presence here. I sat at the chair infront of his table.

"Dad? Why?" tanong ko sa kaniya.

"Did you enjoyed?" balik na tanong nito sa akin.

"Tonight? With eumir?" i crossed my arms when he nodded. I simply smiled.

"Well, he's boring." natatawang kwento ko sa kaniya. "Sobrang limited niya magsalita." pagpapatuloy ko pa.

Napatawa na din si dad. "Ganun lang talaga yung batang iyon."

"Bata? Haha! Dad! He's not a kid anymore! He has a nice biceps you know?" sabi ko na ikinagulat ko. Even my dad was shocked.

From my dad's blank face, his face turns happy. Glad? Uh. What's the reason? Hmm.

"Is that a compliment for him?" natatawang tanong ni daddy.

My cheeks turn red. I quickly answered. "NO!"

"Well, well, well. HAHAHA!" my dad bursted out.

"What's funny dad?" nakakunot na noo kong tanong. Napipikon na ako. Di ko naman sinasadyang magkwento tungkol sa biceps ni eumir eh.

"Nothing! Im just glad that you're kinda like him?" patanong at painosenteng tanong ni daddy. He really looks like a teenager right now! And, I really missed this dad's other side.

"Like? The hell! Never in my entire life!" matigas na sabi ko sa kaniya. "I have my ethan. There's no space for a guy named eumir hampton." proud pa na sabi ko.

The smile on dad's face easily faded away when i entered ethan's name.

"By the way, about that ethan.." naging seryoso na si daddy nang mapasok sa usapan si ethan. "How did you met him?"

I smiled widely. Remembering how ethan and I met. "Because of eliza's birthday party."

"Eliza?" tanong ni dad.

"Yeah, eliza hood." nakangiting sabi ko pa. But my smile removed when i remembered something.

"Oh by the way girls. I want you to meet my brother, Ethan Hood." She said then pointed his brother-kunno.

Brother? I thought-- Ugh! I thought he doesnt have any one sister?! How come i forget about what happened that night?! Im freakin' dumb! What the fuck?!

I was so blind loving him. To the point na, nakalimutan ko ng kilalanin siya. I really hate myself! I really hate ethan hood! 

Napabalik ako sa realidad nang  tawagin ako ni daddy, "Hey?"

Napatingin ako sa kaniya. Nakakunot ang noo niya. Mukhang nagtataka sa reaksyon ko ngayon.

"Hey why are you crying?" tanong pa nito sa akin habang papalapit sa akin.

Dali dali kong hinarang ang kaliwa kong kamay para sabihing wag na siyang lumapit sa akin. Ang kanang kamay ko naman ay nakahawak sa bibig ko para wag munang mapahagulgol.

I ran to went out from that room. I dont know what to do next. The only thing i knew now is, i wanna ask ethan about why he kept a secret from me. Why did he let me to be a dumb over all these days?

Agad kong kinuha yung cellphone ko nang makarating ako sa kwarto ko. I dialled ethan's number. Di ko muna pinansin ang mga missed calls at unread messages mula sa kaniya. Ilang ring lang at narinig ko na ang boses niya sa kabilang linya.

"H-Hello?" nahihirapang simula ko.

"Princess! Finally! You called!" masiglang sabi nito.

"Why did you do that?" tanong ko habang umiiyak pa rin.

"What?" tanong nito.

"Why the hell did you lie at me?!!" malakas na sigaw ko sa kaniya.

Silence next happened. Im still crying. Im feeling devastated right now. Im feeling destroyed. And this is all because of ethan, my boyfriend.

"Hanna?" natatakot na tawag nito sa pangalan ko.

"L-Let me explain." nauutal na pakiusap ko.

"So confirmed. You lie at me. Great! Nagmukha akong tanga!" sarkastikong sabi ko.

"I freaking trust you ethan! Did you know that? I love you that's why im believing on you. But what did you do?! Y-You! You dammit destroy my heart! Damn you!" galit na galit na sigaw ko sa kaniya.

"Han--" di ko na kinaya. Binaba ko na yung phone ko. Everytime na naririnig ko yung boses niya, mas lalong sumasakit yung puso ko.

Di ko na rin napigilan, napahagulgol na ako. At sa panahon na ngayon, hindi na sa harap ni ethan.

Because im now crying..
