where were we? really, where were we just

the last place, the beach

with those guys

the dreaded cops

hmm

oh, right

when shishi first got there

when she washed ashore on to that beach

if that never happened, none of this would have

oh

but honestly, "if that never happened, this wouldn't have happened" is such a weak mindset

there is no proof of anything

it is desperate thinking, rationalization of sorts

well, maybe those time people are more knowledgeable about something as unpredictable as timelines

maybe we'll meet them again!

and maybe it would explain this phenomenon

shishi's mind races.

searching for a way out of this

but that leads to her questioning everything that had happened so far

why is this even happening to her?

she never got a moment to really question that

the big question

why didn't she try to stop all of this from the beginning?

she didn't accept things as they were nor reject them

there are multiple answers, some more questionable than others

such as not wanting to return home to be held accountable for Mothra's sudden death! [remember her?]

but regarding that, maybe it's adaptation

and every time there are parts that appear just as nonsensical rambling is either for wordcount or legitimately to cause a stir.

whether that "stir" is positive or negative though

hmm

she coughs and gags and then finally, she opens her eyes.

she can't see anything

cuz she's underwater.

lol duh she cant see

at least she's staying hydrated!

like she promised

haha, that's one way to put it.

shishi, hopelessly kicks around a couple more times before she stops completely

she feels lightheaded

before she fully passes out fully, the last thing remaining in her thoughts is the theory that

"this is just like when i met gambit and stalker...theyll save me and ill redo everything...and i wont get caught"

shishi is satisfied with that.

she subconsciously cracks a small smile and passes out.
