shishi gets rejected

incoming transmission

before it was controlled waves splashing against the tile,

quiet paced breathing

earsplitting inaudible screaming

booming yells

there was a loud yell and then a whistle, that got her attention

shishi woke up laying down in fetal position on something hard

the ground was sizzling, it burnt her hands 

shishi bolted up, as she adjusted, she stood up and rubbed her eyes

it was really bright, the sweltering heat of japan beat down on her

there was another pause until this overly enthusiastic guy with gravity-defying blonde arrowhead hair yelled another spiel of words shishi didn't catch

shishi rubbed her eyes and blinked a couple times, still not used to this new setting

she squinted through her fingers, she was in an arena 

a big arena, not wyndon unfortunately

rows of barbarian people lined the bleachers

they were all yelling and rooting for someone, but their screams blended together

present mic yelled one last time and the crowd erupted

at the time, shishi didn't pay attention to that one either but it was obvious 

in the millisecond shishi had to think about what is going on, a vine immediately shot out towards her neck and began to strangle her 

the crowd roared

shishi grabbed the loop around her neck and clutched the vine 

as she struggled her grip loosened

she coughed and felt her eyes water

the prickly thorns cut into her neck; blood trickled down the vines

she began to black out

her opponent looked satisfied 

she stopped producing vines and turned to the audience, smiling angelically

in a moment of desperation, shishi lifted her jaw with the strength she had remaining and chomped down on the vine

she bit the vine off and spat it out to her side 

the rest of the vine dropped down to her feet

she got a look of her opponent, shiozaki

she had vines growing out of her head that she could control at will

shiozaki furrowed her brows a bit and glared at shishi 

she reached out a couple long vine strands aiming for shishi's feet
