𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐞 ༆ 𝐭𝐛𝐡𝐤

ꨄ︎ 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 10... 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 ꨄ︎

       I quickly packed my bag as I walked with Kou. We were laughing, and talking.

     "Yashiro, also invited you to bake donuts with her?" I asked.

     "No, it was actually me who invited her! I also asked her to see if your avaliable too! That's why were going to the same room!" Kou gave me his toothy smile.

     I opened the door to the room where we would be making donuts. Yashiro was inside and we got the stuff out.

     "So... does anyone know how to make donuts?" I scratched the back of my neck.

     "I do!" Nene said, "So... Kou Kun may I ask something?"
              
     Kou nodded and Yashiro spoke again, "Why are we baking donuts?"

      Kou began explaining how he has a younger sister, and she began asking for donuts, "My kitchen isn't the best place for making donuts, so that's why I'm borrowing the school's."

      "You have a younger sister? Wow, why haven't I noticed this." I was surprised, I really didn't expect Kou to have a younger siblings.

     "I don't talk about her much! There was this one time where..." he began telling us stories about his younger sister.

      As I was cleaning, and Yashiro was battering the mix she spoke up, "Kou Kun, I think you actually did a huge favor for me. I'm kinda having a hard time facing Hanako Kun lately.

    "Did you guys get into a fight?" Me and kou question this at the same time.

      "N-no, we didn't get into a fight! Its just been a little awkward between us, I guess."

       Kou gently placed his hand onto the hand Yashiro was battering, "Hold up. You're suppose to mix like this."

     I looked at the book, "He's right! It's says to mix gently!"

𓂺After Donut Baking𓂺

 
   We look at the basket of fresh, plain donuts. We stare at it at awe. I mean, it's the first time  to see something that I made with friends look so delicious!

    "It looks amazing!" We all say.

    Each of us grab the warm, plain donuts. As we were about to eat it, we heard Kou say 'Ow!'

    I turn my head to see the ugliest person of my life, Teru Minamoto.

       "And who bought those ingredients? You weren't going to eat them without out your dearest brother, right?" He rubbed his fist against Kou's head, "Oh hello there, Yashiro and (y/n) san. Are you making donuts too?"

         "Yes!! ♡" Yashiro was admiring Teru's looks.

          "Yes, we are." I notice Kou is struggling from his grasp, "You don't mind if you let Kou go, he shouldn't suffer much."

          "Oh right! Haha sorry Kou!" Teru released Kou, "Oh (y/n), you need to turn in the report regarding the funds. You don't mind coming with me to get your bad right?

          I smile, and take the dumb report out of my bag, "No need to get my bag! Here's the report!" I give him the report and he gives me a quick glare. I glare at him back.

       Yashiro still admiring Teru's looks spoke, "I forgot to mention this, but Kou Kun asked me and (y/n) to help him because he's a bad cook!"

       Teru spoke up, but was interrupted by Kou  violently shoving a donut in his mouth. Surprisingly, Teru didn't give a crap and enjoyed his donut.

      Kou approached Yashiro, "Here, you said Hanako likes donuts right? I know he'll love it if you give him some!"

    Yashiro thanks Kou and turns to me, "(Y/n), can you come with me? I don't want to make the conversation between me and Hanako awkward! I'm sure if you're there the atmosphere would be better!"

      I accepted her request and we head our way to Hanako's.

𓂺The rooftop𓂺

    
    I was hidden behind the rooftop door. The door was creaked open enough for me to view the two. Yashiro asked me to hide, so she can at least feel a bit better.

    "What? Donuts?! For me! Really? Yaay!" Hanako was so happy that the happy meter is broken.

    "Your really that happy?" Yashiro places her finger on her chin.

     "I love them! And..." Hanako pauses, "You're finally back to normal, Yashiro."

      Yashiro began to explain something, but I couldn't hear what she said. But it was something to hurt Hanako for a hot second.

    "So, I'm still going to hang out with you! As a friend of course!" Yashiro yelled.

    "But are you really okay with this, Yashiro?" Hanako asked.

     "With what?" Yashiro looked at Hanako, quite confused on what he meant.

     "Well.. the truth is Yashiro..."

      As Hanako began to open his mouth, a large gust of wind appeared. Hanako stood up and got up from his spot, to stand in front of Yashiro. I looked into my bag to find my umbrella.

      If things get out of hand, I'm planning to help them, whether I get hurt or not. I looked back up to make out a black paper crane in that huge gust of wind.

     The black crane rapidly went it's way toward the two and Hanako hugged Yashiro to protect her.

     "I don't know what supernatural you are, but we are in the middle of a important discussion. So don't interrupt! Got it?" Hanako yelled.

      Suddenly a laugh could be heard. The laugh got louder and louder. "Hehhehehehe! I found you!"

      "What the flipping heck is that? That's the ugliest laugh I've ever heard. It sounds likes their trying to be creepy." I rolled my eyes as this was the weirdest laugh I've heard.

     Out of nowhere, there was more gust of wind. The gust of wind opened the doors where I was hiding in, and blew my cover. Shit.

     They looked at me, confused. Yashiro just stares at me, knowing were all on danger. This awkward silence is broken after the crane that made the ugliest laugh began speaking.

     "Wow! That knife brings back memories! Hmm... you'll protect her... but you killed me?Long time no see, Amane. "
