Under the moon's heartfelt shine and swaying along the cool gentle breeze, an under-grown garden lay pitifully. The leaves spiraled out of control, while the batches of flowers twisted to each other or hung limply.

Nearby was a small wood cabin. The dark brown wood looked more polished than glass. From a small window gleamed a little girl's mysterious green eyes. She inherited them from her father, apparently.

As the little girl watched unblinkingly at the meshed garden, a cloud covered the moon. For a second, the shiny scenery dimed, revealing a single rose that only glowed in darkness.

In the middle of the garden, only the rose remained untouched. It's red bud glowed magically, it's evergreen stem and soft pedals, straight and sparkling.

Clearly, this rose was loved.
