Mall Mishaps

"Hey Soph?" my mom asked.

"Yea!" I answered back.

"Do you want to go to the mall with us?" She asked referring to my sister and herself as they are going to buy my sister her Christmas outfit for our grandma's Christmas party.

"Sure!" I yelled in response.

As we are driving to the mall we are listening to the radio rather loudly and I'm thinking of what I might be like listening to music in my own car when I get one. Of course the first thing I think of is One Direction. Yes, to clear your questions up I am a Directioner. I love all of the boys equally but I fancy one just a bit more. Mr. Liam Payne to be exact.

We are almost to the mall and my mom decides to play one of her favorite songs, Baby by Blake Shelton. While I'm listening to it I realize that there is so much more to the song than I thought. I can't believe I never heard the song like this before.

'I got a call in Alabama saying Come on home to Louisiana and come as fast as you can fly. Because your mamma really needs you. She says she's got to see you. She might not make it through the night'

As I listened to those lyrics I felt a tear roll down my cheek. Those words never hit me so hard like that before. I can't imagine what it would be like to lose my mom. She is the best part of my life and I NEVER want to lose that!

Now we were at the mall and I now realize I was just crying. That meant I was going to walk in with puffy, red eyes. Great. Not to mention my hair is up in a messy bun, I'm wearing sweats and I'm not wearing any make-up. Well I guess I'm going to have to make the best of it. After all I'm only going to be here for a little while, hopefully.

Hey guys!! So this is the first chapter. Sorry it's so short hopefully the others will be longer. It is kinda like and intro chapter or like a filler chapter just to get a feel for whats going on but hopefully the other chapters will be longer. It's kind of hard to tell because I'm writing on my iPod. I don't have a laptop yet:/ ill get one as soon as I save up enough money but back to the topic.

I'm not quite sure how updating is going to work hopefully I can update maybe twice a week I'm thinking Tuesdays and maybe Fridays.
