<<< ONE YEAR LATER >>>

Joining the boys on tour has definitely had it's ups and downs. There have been plenty of misunderstandings, but thankfully we didn't have to share a tour bus with them. The boys have their own bus, the musicians have their own bus, and us girls have our own us. Let's just say if I was the only girl here I would've left halfway through this trip. Tonight is the last show in America. The boys have been incredible each and every night. I've definitely had a blast.

"Alright boys. Five minutes until you're on." One of the crew members backstage said.

"We should go find our seats." Eleanor said.

"Alright. We will see you girls after the show." Louis said.

"Good luck babe." I say to Liam before giving him a quick peck on the lips.

"Thank you. I'll see you later alright? I love you." Liam says, kissing me again and then running off to get set to get on stage. Yes, he did drop the 'L' bomb. We've exchanged 'I love you's ' quite a lot in the past six months. Liam said it for the first time on our six month anniversary. It was the sweetest thing ever. He gave me this big long speech and ended it with saying 'I love you'. I love him too. We've made it through a lot together and it's only made us stronger as a couple. There's no more drama with Danielle and not as much drama with the fans. I couldn't have done any of it without Liam though. He's a great person. He makes me so happy and I wouldn't trade him for the world. I've also gained some great friends, along with the ever so sweet boyfriend of mine, that have been there for us along the way. I love every minute of it and I hope it lasts a long time.

"Has anyone seen Harry?" Paul asks, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Is Piper gone too? " I say. Piper is Harry's girlfriend. They met in London a few months ago. Piper is a long time family friend of Harry and his family, so they knew each other for quite a while. Now they've made it official that they are dating. They are so adorable together to the point where it's almost sickening.

"No, she's already out at her seat with Michelle." Paul says.

"I know where he is then." I say.

"Can you find him please and tell him he needs to get on stage now." Paul says before rushing off. I walk to the only place I know Harry would go to. The roof. He goes there almost every show. I don't really know why. I've asked him before and he said he likes the view he gets from up there and it's the only place he can go where it's quiet and there's no cameras constantly on him. He said it's one of the few places he can go and actually think. I find the door that says roof access and see that it's open. I open it further and walk up the stairs. I look around and find Harry standing in the corner leaning his elbows on the edge and staring out over the city of Los Angeles.

"Haven't you had enough of this view yet Styles? You've been up here every show." I say as I walk over to him.

"No, not quite yet." He responds, never taking his eyes off of the sight in front of him.

"What are you thinking about?" Harry is undoubtedly my best guy friend. We tell each other everything. Whenever we are having an issue or just need to talk we tell each other, so he isn't surprised when I ask the question.

"Home." He says. I link my arm with his and rest my head on his shoulder.

"It'll be alright. After tonight you're done in America. After tonight you get to go home." I say.

"Yeah, but only for a few weeks, then I'm off again to another country." Harry says.

"I know. You'll be ok. Just remember you're not doing this alone. You have four other boys right by your side who are doing the same exact thing. They all feel the same way you do. You boys have to lean on each other at times like this because you are the only ones who know what it feels like in this situation. My advice to you is don't dwell on the fact that you aren't home now and that you won't be home for as long as you'd like to be. Live in the moment right now and have fun. Then, when you do get home, you can share your incredible experiences with your family. You can share your stories of the tour and all the shows you've played and all the pranks you've pulled on us all. Trust me if you live for right now and stop dwelling on the future and what you don't have right now you won't have fun. You won't have great experiences to share and you won't have lifelong stories to tell." I say to him. It's silent for a few seconds and then Harry sighs.
