Esteban's POV
I am tired and way to hungover to do anything. My headache has been worsening ever since I woke up, and if their is one thing I now about hangovers is that there is nothing that can help a hangover. I can't believe how stupid I had been. I should have known Elena or at least the abuelos would have found me, but no I didn't use my brain. At least Elena, believed my story, there is no way I am going to tell her why I actually drank. Now I just have to convince the abuelos. Hopefully they will all forget about this incident soon enough. Right now all I wanted was to go to sleep, but unfortunately it was almost time for dinner. And even though all I want to do is skip dinner, I have to go, if I am going to convince everyone that I am fine.
Neutral POV
Esteban starts to get ready for dinner. Meanwhile Luisa and Fransisco return to the palace.
"We should go and check on Esteban." Luisa said
"yes, we should, we need to talk to him about what happened." Fransisco replied.
"Abuelo, Abuela" Elena class out from behind. "You're back."
"Yes, we just returned. I thought you were staying with Esteban." Fransisco said.
"I was, he woke up some time ago, so I left to finish some things up, and get ready for dinner." Elena said
"Is he all right? Did you ask him about what happened?" Luisa asked concern filling her voice
"He says he is fine, but I am pretty sure he is lying. At first he didn't even remember what happened. So I told him and asked him why he was drinking like this. But, he just said that it was an accident, and he was in mood for a little drink, and accidentally drank too much. I am sure he is lying. I tried to get him to open up, but he didn't say anything. I don't know how I can help him, if he doesn't tell me what's wrong." Elena said.
"Oh my God, I can't believe he thinks we are going to believe that. Something is obviously wrong." Luisa said
"Don't worry, I will get to the bottom of this, and we will find what is bothering him." Fransisco said "Come on now, let us get ready for dinner, I will talk to him after dinner."
"yes, we don't want to keep Isabel, or Esteban waiting." Elena said.
