*One Year Later*
(they're 21 here)
Hiccup's POV:
It was on this day last year when I asked my best friend to be my girlfriend, so I decided to pop her a visit at the diner. I head down the stairs to see my Father attempting to feed Dustin his food. Dustin has gotten so big this past year, and he's started walking at 10 months. Now he's almost 1 years old.
"Dad, I'm heading out!" I call out while walking to the door.
(A/N: Dustin kinda looks like little Hiccup except his eyes are blue, in case you were wondering)

"Okay! We'll meet you at the diner later right?" He yells back, and Dustin laughs. He's used to all the loud shouting by now

"Yep! See you then" I walk out, grab my bike, and head to the diner, after making a quick stop somewhere. I chain my bike outside, and walk in "Helloooo?" the diner's still quite empty, because they don't open till 9. 

"Sorry, we're not yet ope- Hiccy!" Jacob walks out from the kitchen, and comes up to hug me

"Must you call me that every. time." I say after he releases me

"I must. Besides it's grown on me" he ruffles my hair and gestures me to follow him "Astrid's in the back filling up the salt shakers, I gotta go start opening up" he points me to where Astrid is then walks out

I spot Astrid busy filling up the salt shakers, so I sneak up behind her, wrapping my arms around her. "Hello, Milady" I say, and she turns around

"Hiccup! What are you doing here Haddock?" She says after turning around and punching me in the stomach

"AH-OW WHY! I come to surprise you with a rose for our one year anniversary and I get punched in the stomach" I say grabbing my stomach with one hand, and handing Astrid a rose with the other

"Sorry! Not my fault you snuck up on me, and I can't believe it's been a year" She says placing the rose in a glass of water, then continues filling up the salt shakers

"So, what do you wanna do today to celebrate?" I ask while helping her

"I just wanna be with you" she says then kisses my cheek

"That sounds fine by me" I say grinning "I'll stay here till you finish then"

"So you're staying for lunch?" she asks, as she heads out to fix the tables

"Yeah, Dad and Dusty are gonna stop by too" I say helping her

I sit in a booth doing some work, while watching Astrid work. It's around 1pm when I see Dad come in the store with Dustin holding his hand. "Dusty!" I run up to him and pick him up 

"Hiccupy!" he says while giggling

I lead Dad to where I'm sitting and Astrid comes up to us. "Asty!" Dustin points at Astrid

"Dustin! Hi little guy. Hello Mayor" She says while giving Dustin a hug, then waves at my Dad

"Please lass it's been a year call me Stoick" My Dad says while sitting down

We have lunch, then Dad says he has to head to his office. "Watch Dustin for me Hiccup. I'll be working late tonight" my dad says while gathering his things, I nod, then he leaves

"Guess it's just you and me, Dusty" I sigh, while cleaning his messy face 

"Hiccupy, where Asty?" He asks, and turns his head left and right trying to look for her

"She's busy doing work bud" I reply patiently, then hand him some things to play with while I try to finishing something for later

Dustin's taking a nap laying on my lap, when Astrid comes over to our booth "Hey, I just finished my shift" she says sitting across from me

"Great, do you wanna come over? I can make us a nice dinner" I offer
