Lucius was sat on his chair in his office. The whole castle was solemn, mourning. While Lucius seemed not to care. The kingdom, for the first time had seen Harry Potter cry. Harry had sobbed over Draco's body, while Lucius had just stood of to the side with a small smile, saying that his Draco was still alive.

That had seemed to earn him shouting and yelling. Severus and Tom had called him crazy and begged him to stop his madness. They had said that he had lost it and they were worried about him. Tom had then turned to Harry and blamed him for Lucius being crazy, how Lucius was given too much leeway and that resulted in him becoming a freak.

They had talked over it again. And now had resolved. But the conversation was fresh in Lucius' mind. He had thought over it a few times, but now he was letting it go. He didn't care no longer. He knew what he was talking about. Others didn't, and he can't stall on it. He needs to let go because they have already made up.

Lucius refused to have a funeral for Draco. He made sure the body was buried, but he refused to say that Draco was gone. He kept on repeating that his Draco would come back. There were not many people that believed him, but there were some. Harry stood with him through it all, the Weasley Brothers all believed that their Draco would come back if the Empress says so.

Lucius smiled as his eyes landed on the portrait of Neville and Draco. Both were his children and they were on their on adventures now. They would come back, he is sure they will. Neville had his hands wrapped around Draco from behind and both were smiling wide. Harry had not been very happy and had grumbled about his young son and Longbottom heir better not doing anything out of line.

His family was so happy. He hopes this all will finish soon. He wants everything to be the way it was again. He wants everyone to gather around a bonfire and talk, laugh and then go back to their rooms. He wants Harry to kneel before him and help him wear his shoes after he forgets to do so before wearing his dress. He wants to see Severus brewing his potions and not have him give him sideway glances to make sure he is alright, or without him looking at him like he was expecting for him to do or say something freaky. He wanted Tom to be rough with him, he wanted to feel the fear and arousel at being chocked. He wanted to see Tom lose it and let Lucius have complete control.

But Lucius knew times changed. And he had to accommodate to it. He had to get used to these things cause no one else will do it for him. He was the one that lives this life, and he will keep on living this life.

"Winky." Lucius called out and a second later, a house elf was stood before him.

"Yes Lady Potter, how could this elf help?" The elf questioned and Lucius smiled.

"Incorm Lord Potter that I would be going out for awhile. I do not know when I will come back. But tell him to not worry." Lucius ordered and the house elf smiled, nodding to her Empresses orders.

"This is elf happy to do as you say." She said with happiness and Lucius gave her smile.

"You are excused." He said and the house elf thanked him and left. Right after the elf left, there was a knock at the office door.

"Come in." He called out and James Potter entered, his eyes were red most likely from crying.

"Mama, Teddy Lupin has gotten a few applications for your and Papa Tom's Lady-in-waiting. None for dad Severus though." James softly informed. It was hard for Lucius to see his son so quiet, and it was just more of the reason for him to become more active. Lilith had also seemed to have been distant, she most likely knew what he was upto but wasn't saying anything.

They were getting old and James thought that they needed someone else to do some of their. Tom seemed to be reckless in his duties but refused to accept that he needed help. And Lucius was used to overworking and had thought over the idea of getting a Lady-in-waiting. But now he was sure that they needed one, and he wasn't going to listen to his mates on not getting one.
