Chapter 39

"So Ben, you said you had an idea of where Slender could be?" I glace at Ben while we walk. "Yeah, I was talking to him before he disappeared. Said he was going to his world? I don't know what that means but Slender said it was the safest place for him." Ben shrugs. I nod my head slowly. "Hm, do you know how long he said he would be there?" "A couple days, said he would contact me if anything happened that would cause him to be gone longer." Ben says. Once we reach the mansion everyone goes to their separate rooms and putting the asleep Pastas in their rooms. I sit on the couch as Alex and the others sit by me. "So are you guys staying here or what?" Masky asks stepping into the living room. I look at him then the others. "I guess it all depends on if Slender is okay with it and if they want too. I am not going to force them to do anything they don't want too." I shrug. "No, we aren't staying but might visit from time to time." Alex says shrugging. Masky nods and then goes into the kitchen. I turn to Jess and sighs. "Do any of you guys know how Tyler is alive?" I ask nervously. "You're mother brought some guy into the house and we saw a purple glow come out all of the windows and when the guy left your mother and Tyler watched him from the front porch. Why?" Jay says. "No reason. I was just curious because the last time I saw Tyler he was dead with a giant cut in his neck." I shrug hiding my fear. Connie stares at me with narrowed eyes then they widen after a few seconds. They get up and start leaving but Connie hangs back grabbing my arm gently. I flinch slightly then plays it off turning to her. "What's up?" I ask. "You are scared of him, aren't you? Did he do something to you?" She asks. I look away from her avoiding eye contact. "How bad was it?" I start to tear up and Connie tilts her head. "He..... he raped me...." I whisper. "Oh honey." She says and hugs me tightly as I break down sobbing. Connie rests her head on top of mine and rubs my back.  I pull away from her and spots Jeff and Lui standing be hind her looking worried. "So, what are those two to you?" Connie asks gesturing to the boys. "They are actually Levi and I's older brothers from mother's first marriage, Jeff and Lui Woods." I smile at them and they smile back still worried. "Have you told any of them?" She asks and I shake my head. " I haven't thought of when it would be appropriate since I have been training, rescuing them twice now." I sigh. "Well, if you ask me. I think it will help a ton if you tell them. I better head home now though." Connie says and gives me one last hug before walking over to Toby, whispering something to him, hugging him then leaving.
