"Bryan" I whispered in surprise to his sudden movement, putting my hands on his chest to push him lightly away, but he stepped forward closer to me, making our thighs touch each others.

"Honey, I made you and your friends cheese sandwiches just incase you don't find somewhere to eat alright?" Mom said handing me a box of sandwiches cut into perfect triangles. I didn't think anyone was going to eat them, but I took them anyways
"Thanks mom" I said
"You said bye to your Father and siblings right?" She asked
"Yes I did" I said putting on my comfy long sleeved hoodie.

"Ok and how are you guys getting there, again?" Mom asked rubbing her forehead
"We were supposed to go in my car, but since there going to be two more people, we're going in Leo's dad's Jeep" I said putting on my shoes hopping around.
"Won't Leo ruin the Jeep though, I saw it and I would be bummed if my kid ruined such a nice car" She said
"Well his dad's being generous" I said searching for my cap then putting it on.
"Ok well stay safe and reply to my texts and calls or this will be the last time you go on a trip" Mom said hugging.
"Ok thank you mom, I won't forget. Love you" I said hugging her back. I took my suitcase and got closed the door behind me, then I heard the door on the other side open and Bryan walked out.
"Make sure to stay hydrated understood" His mom said then she saw me and waved.
"Love that outfit, gives a really nice travel vibe" she said winking, I smiled then he hugged Aunt Clarice and she closed the door. Bryan stood there not making eye contact, I sighed rolling my eyes and clicked the lift's button.
The lift's doors opened and I went in pulling my suitcase with me. Bryan entered behind me, the lift was really small and the suitcases and both of us weren't fitting so he lifted his suitcase up in the air and put it on his head.

I clicked the bottom floor number and waited for the lift to move. I didn't look at Bryan, but I could feel his gaze on me.
"I'm sorry" He said quietly, I didn't say anything or even look at him, I acted like I didn't hear him, but he knew I had.
"I shouldn't have just invited her, I know she's not been...nice to you or Talia, even me for that matter, but..."He said slowly as if to see how I react.
"But she's having problems at home, her parents are fighting all the time and she's scared they'll divorce. She needed a break from everything." He said looking at me keenly, analyzing me.
"I talked to Talia and she said she's fine as long as...you don't mind" He said hesitantly, I wanted to immediately tell him no, but what he said about Cassie's parents stopped me, and if she was just pulling an act (which she had done before to get out of a test) this was the last bit of nice she was getting from me. Besides I don't want Bryan thinking he's important or something because he really isn't, and I don't care if he's with her or not.
"I don't care, she can come, but she better not start bullying anyone" I said crossing my arms. Bryan face lifted suddenly and he had a light smile on his face, he must've really liked her.
"Great, but did anyone ever tell you how much attitude you have" He said now smiling, I hit him with my bag and his suitcase was about to fall off. The lift doors opened as soon as he completely lost balance and he fell on the ground with his suitcase making a hard bang! sound. I couldn't help it and started laughing, he glared at me and I offered him my hand to get up, he took it and made me fall as well (luckily without a suitcase).
"What the hell!" I said smacking his arm and he got up then offered his hand, I slapped it and got up.
"Ow! Why are you hitting me so much today" He said
"You deserve it" I laughed then went out to the pavement, he walked towards the pavement and stood next to me.
A while later Leo pulled up and Talia ran out of the front seat hugging me. Leo got out and checked for any scratches on the car.
Bryan chuckled and was about to take my suitcase when I put a hand on it "I can do that" I said sternly, he snorted then quickly snatched it from me and took both our suitcases to put in the trunk.
"Talia, why do I feel like Cassie's going to do something big and horrible" I said.
"Ok we haven't even started the trip and your thinking negative!" Talia said looking upset "Mhmh, I'm setting a new goal for you since you need something to keep you busy." She said putting her hands on her hips.
"What?" I asked genuinely curious.
She leaned in and whispered "Make Bryan smoking jealous" She said with a serious look on her face.
I lightly laughed "Talia I'm not doing that" She glared at me "Yeah you are and trust me he'll be drooling over you anyways after I redid your outfits." She said smiling, my eyes widened in shock, Talia had come by my house for dinner two day ago and she was in my room when I was scolding Izzy for having a secret boyfriend she didn't even tell me about.
"Oh. My. God. Talia! what on earth did you put instead?!" I asked, she smiled even wider.
"Oh dear friend you will see, I got you some stuff when I went to the mall again and boy you're gonna love me after you see what your wearing." She said excited, what was I going to do now, I didn't even have time to go up and pack now.
"Can you guys save the chit chat for when we're at the resort" Leo said groaning, Talia laughed then pulled me to the car.
"Ok guys how are we sitting?" Leo said clapping his hands together. "We've got six seats if you don't count the little one in the middle" He said.
"Well Bryan's driving so we know he's sitting there" Talia said pointing to the driver's seat.
"And I'm going to sit with my girl, in the back" Leo said,
"Oh then it's simple I'll sit in front with Bryan" Suddenly Cassie's voice came, we all turned around and she was standing behind us smiling, she was wearing a mini skirt with a cropped-crop top and had on leopard sunglasses, and a ponytail sleek shiny blonde.
"Okay then that leaves, Ashley and Luke" Leo said, I didn't care who I sat next to, but I wanted to sit in the back.
"Can't you and Talia sit in the middle?" I asked so I could stay as far as possible from Cassie and her stupid cheap flirting.
"Uh, but we were going to" Leo said, "No I know why she's asking, I don't care where we sit anyways" Talia said to Leo.
I looked at Leo and he didn't look so happy, "Why is there a problem?" I asked Leo.
"No it's just that... the back is pretty...private so..." Leo voice trailed off and he scratched his neck.
"So what are you two going to be doing that you can't do sitting in the middle?" I asked and as soon as the words left my mouth I knew the answer. Talia and Leo looked down and Bryan was laughing hysterically.
"Oh..uh!" I said realizing and cringing, "Yeah keep the back seats" I said getting in the middle one. Talia and Leo got in and Talia hunched over whispering "sorry Ash I know you don't want to sit there" She said.
"No, it's fine I've got Netflix to keep me company" I said
"And me!" Luke said getting in. He waved at me and shut the door.
"Ok people is everybody ready for this weekend!" Leo shouted.
"Never wasn't ready" Cassie screamed at the top of her lungs before everybody shouted 'yes'.
And so the trip begins, what do you think will happen???? Do you think Ashley's going to have fun or will the trip be ruined because of Cassie?
