Chapter 7

The sun rises along with a lion. He mostly does this sometimes and don't but it was a good morning day.

The lion look down seeing a cheetah still sleeping facing his way. Then got up but quickly sit down hearing a whimper, it's like she knew he wasn't beside her, he kissed her before quickly but quietly leaving seeing antelope.

Smiling he can surprise her.

A cheetah yawns sitting up seeing the bright blue sky and birds.

"Look who's awake."

Fuli looks forward seeing Kion walking over to her with a dead antelope in his mouth.

"What is this?" Fuli asked as he stopped in front of her dropping the antelope.

"Breakfast." Kion answered.

"You didn't have to do that and wait, since when do you hunt?"

Kion had on a shy smile.

"Never. But my mom's tips did come in handy."

Fuli stands stretching before giving him a kiss.

"Thank you."

"Anytime."

They ate the antelope to bone, they was really hungry from yesterday.

Kion went over to Fuli licking her face trying to ger the blood off, and she didn't mind one bit just lays back enjoying the moment.

"We need to get make, Fuli." Kion said.

Fuli looks away and he knew why.

"It's okay, they won't say anything else to you."

"You don't know the mean things they said to me..." Fuli whispered with tears.

"I know and I don't want to know cause I might kill them but everything will be okay, I'll be with you."

Fuli looks up at him.

"Promise?"

"Promise."

They got up and head back to the pride lands.

The day went on and the pride was in the cave sleep except the royal family.

"I hope Kion's okay." Nala said.

"Me too." Simba said feeling her concern.

"Mom, dad look!" Kiara said getting their attention to the entrance.

Kion and Fuli walks in the cave making the family go over to them.

Kiara gave Fuli a hug who was mostly hiding by Kion's side.

"I'm glad you two made it back safe." She said to her little brother.

"You know I can protect myself, but I appreciate it." Kion said.

"You alright Fuli?" Nala asked.

"Yes, I wasn't injured or anything like that." Fuli said.

"I'm glad, now don't you two have to say something to Fuli."

Tifu and Zuri slowly walks up to Fuli but kept good difference.

"We're sorry Fuli, we didn't mean to hurt your feelings." Zuri said.

"Even know you deserved it." Tifu muttered but Kion heard making him growl. "But I guess I'm fine with you here."

"You're always welcome here Fuli, don't try to hide we're family." Simba said.
