When Killer awoke the sun was already shining and everyone else was already awake. "Good morning Killer! What would you like to eat?" Dream said, clearly being the most comfortable with their new friend."I can get my own breakfast," Killer replied, wiping his eyes. "Thank you though." He didn't want to seem rude.
"No problem! What's the plan for today?" Dream asked, Blue and Error were having their own conversation on the other side of the room, Killer wasn't paying attention to what they were saying though.
"I might go out later but you guys can just stay here and heal." Killer replied, pouring a glass of water for himself before gulping it down.
"Sounds good!"
========================================================
"You guys got everything?" Killer asked, scanning the room one more time just to make sure they had grabbed everything they'd need.
"I think so! Now we just need to head that way and get out of this kingdom!" Blue replied, also looking back at the room.
Killer quietly opened his door, being met with the bright morning sun which had just risen a little while ago. They passed by the drunk and injured presumably from fights last night as they walked, Blue and Dream struggling to look at any of them.
They made it to the edge of the kingdom before noon, they were making good time, they just needed to keep that up. All four of them made it back into the wilderness only to pass the occasional wooden shack. "Our numbers have already doubled! This has been going good so far!" Dream spoke up, skipping right behind Killer.
"Aside from when we got attacked by those guys." Error muttered, that interaction definitely changed his mood for the worst.
"But we're okay now!" Dream replied, looking back at Error who just rolled his eyes.
"Dream's right! We're okay now, and we need to move on and be positive!" Blue backed Dream up.
"See! Thank you Blue!" Dream thanked his fellow optimist.
"I can agree with Error though, I'd be pretty pissed off too." Killer joined in the very calm argument, deciding to support Error.
"Mhm." Error replied, not adding much of anything except for more words in my story. Silence fell over them before Dream started humming, the silence making him feel uncomfortable.
"We need to get past the mountain and a little further before making it to another kingdom we need to get through, then we won't get to anymore kingdoms until the one where we will hopefully find a boat and maybe sailor willing to take us back to my kingdom!" Dream said, informing everyone of their travel plans once again.
"Why didn't you just find a boat in king Marlof's place?" Killer asked, finding it strange that he decided to go down such a long and difficult path.
"I- Well I wanted to find some people to travel with and help me save my people. Plus this whole journey would look cooler in history books." Dream admitted.
"Really?" Error asked, now realizing how strange Dream's plan is.
"Yes," Dream laughed.
