We were walking around the woods, all the boys have their capes on, but I forgot mine so I just have to withstand the cold.
It's not like I even planned to go with them anyways, but incase Reiner and Bertholdt would change their minds and try to do something, I would be there to stop them.
Jeez..how could I stop them...I don't even know how to properly throw a punch!
"Y/n you're getting frostbite.." Armin whispered, which made me look at my hands.
They're shaking uncontrollably.
"I'm f-fine Armin..it's not like I'm dying or anything." I lied, I could literally feel my soul leaving my body.
"Here..." I felt a warm cloth wrap around my shoulders. Bertholdt patted my back while smiling.
"Now you wouldn't be too cold now." He said, but I quickly returned his cape shaking my head.
Keep your distance from them Y/n. Think about the mission.
"I'm fine..really. No need to sacrifice yourself for me. It's my fault anyways." I mumbled, walking closer to Armin. He seems like the only sane person in here.
"Why do you want to become a soldier?" Bertholdt asked, the same determined look painted on Eren's face.
"I have decided to exterminate all the titans." He replied, his tone more angry than usual.
I shrugged. Oh well what do I expect?
The long walk made my body tired, I was panting and sweaty, although my sweat is now cold as ice. I should've kept my cardio exercise.
"We're here." Reiner announced, making me sigh in relief. I thought that was a never ending cycle of walking.
My eyes wandered around, astonished at the sight that I'm seeing. It really looks better than watching it on screen. I squat down, feeling the air breeze through my skin. It was more comfortable and not too cold to pierce me.
"You just need to adjust your belt. Other than that you'll be good to go." Reiner said, smiling at the boy infront of him.
"Eren Jaeger was it?" He asked, Eren nodded at him.
The two boys exchanged words, but I just ignored them again. Better not interfere with the scene.
"You seem silent Y/n...are you okay?" Armin asked, his face showing concern. Of course I nodded, chuckling at him. It's nice to see someone giving concern. Very refreshing indeed.

It was finally the day where Eren would try to prove himself to Commander Shadis. Not gonna lie it made me feel nervous seeing the situation first-hand.
It was silent really, only Shadis's piercing gaze to Eren can be seen. And no soldier dare to interfere.
Of course I chose the very back of the crowd, just to be safe. That's all.
"You can do it Eren...I know you can." I mumbled repeatedly to myself, Feeling Marco's gaze towards me I stopped chanting and sighed.
"You secretly care for him don't you?" Marco asked, his grin was enough to make my heart flutter.
"A-Ah! of course not. I barely even met him!" I whisper-yelled, but he only chuckled at me pointing at everyone of us.
"I meant that you care for all of us..you certainly act like a loner, but you just want a friend...we can friends if you'd like of course.." He said, his eyes bearing sunshine. Cutieeeee...
"Sure...I would like that.." I softly said, slightly tearing up.
It's such a bother when you know how it's going to end.
I looked over the crowd, seeing him balance himself for a second then falling onto his back.
"Eren!" I yelled, but immediately regretted it when they turned their heads at me.
"Wagner! Switch your belts with Jaeger!" Shadis yelled. The two boys exchanged gears. With Eren finally balanced himself with ease.
"He managed to balance even with a faulty gear?!" One of the soldiers asked.
Several murmurs can be heard from the soldiers, them creating a small space enough for Shadis to walk.
I gulped
"You!" He pointed at me, his eyes boring into mine.
"Carry Jaeger to patch him up, if you don't then you'll be bait for the titans!" He screamed at my face. I yelped scurrying off to remove the gear from his belt.
"C'mon Eren..stand up.." I whispered at him, he groaned holding the back of his head.
Damn he's too heavy..
"Let me carry him Y/n.." Mikasa offered to help, but Shadis stopped her leaving only me to carry this heavy bitch.

"Finally!" I sighed out of relief, then quickly prepared to get some bandages.
"Jeez...what a nuisance.." I mumbled, wrapping his head with a bandage.
Surprisingly he stayed silent, his teal eyes staring directly into mine.
I'm gonna pluck your eyeballs out if you don't quit it!
"I did it.." He whispered.
"Yeah you did..congrats then." I bluntly replied then shrugged.
"You're all patched up now..Bye!" I continued, then immediately walked away
"Hey!"
I stopped my tracks.
"Yeah?.." I asked, still not facing him.
He walked closer to me, feeling his breath on my ear.
Is this what they called, breath on my ear for something sexy but really he just wanted so say---
"Let's train to be the best soldiers!" He screamed, making me cover my ears.
He then patted my back before walking away.
"Called it." I mumbled, following him.
