1 ~ Meeting

I put the story as mature bc there might be mature language and maybe lemon/smut in the story- I'm still deciding honestly-
Also this is a modern AU I guess? I don't know tbh-

Mitsuri POV:

I woke up from my alarm clock going off - I was pretty sure it was Sunday, so I just went back to sleep because I really didn't want to get up anyway.

...

Then I suddenly remembered that- it wasn't Sunday and I really had to get up because there was school in 20 minutes!

20 minutes!!

I got up and rushed to the bathroom - I didn't even have time to take a shower! So I just quickly got my clothes on.

I ran out the door and quickly started to run to school - but there was a problem..

I forgot my medicine.. I wasn't too worried about it but I'm not sure what affects it would take since I never left my medication at home..

I got to school but I was late and I know that I was going to get scolded.

I quickly ran up the stairs to get to my class when I accidentally bumped into someone.

It was a girl with black hair but her ends faded to purple, her hair was very pretty and short, but her eyes looked pretty deadly cold to be honest.. I wonder if they were always like that.

I noticed I was staring too much when she started to look at me with a confused look.

"Are you alright?" She spoke with a soft tone, I froze and I had a tint of blush come across my face.

I began to stutter, "I-I'm fine.." I looked down forgetting I was on the floor.

She giggled softly while holding out a hand to offer help, "Well, are you going to get up or what silly?"

I took her hand, it was very cold.. Was her hand always this cold?

I stood up.. then I looked down, noticing she was still holding my hand.

I started to blush again- I seriously am easy to get flushed..

I looked into her eyes, and she seemed to be frowning..

She suddenly spoke, "Do.. you mind if I come with you?" She had a light blush across her face.

"Well, I'm going to my class.. What class do you have?"

While holding my hand, she took her other hand and grabbed a paper. Possibly her schedule, since it was the only paper she had.

"I have Algebra.." she mumbled in a soft tone.

I suddenly got excited, and yelled a bit "I do too!"

She then flinched, but calmed down putting her finger on my lip "Shh, we might get in trouble."

That's when we heard someone from the corner, I got pretty scared..

So I quickly grabbed the girls arm and we hid in the locker.

I looked down since she was much shorter than me..

"Are you alright?" I asked.

She was blushing a lot of how close we were.. but managed to say something "Mhm.."

She looked up at me "What is your name anyway?"

I adjusted my skirt since it was pretty uncomfortable because we were in such a tight space.

"My name is Mitsuri, What about you" I smiled down at her.

She glanced up at me, staring into my eyes "Heh.. that sure is a pretty name, My name is Shinobu."

All I could really do in that moment is blush

She started to get nervous since class was almost starting

"Should we get to class now?" She asked, trying to move.

"Yeah, let's get going so we're not late."

I went to open the locker, but it didn't budge.

"Um.. Shinobu.. it's not opening.." I started to get nervous.

Shinobu looked as if she were about to cry

I didn't know what to do in that moment so I had to try something..

I began to kick the locker, maybe that would help get attention?

I sighed, "I'm sorry Shinobu.. I didn't mean for this to happen.."

She looked up at me, "Hey.. it's alright, we'll get out of here. We just need to be patient."

I smiled down at her and embraced her in a little hug.

She smiled too, "So, does this mean we're friends?"

I giggled a bit, "I'd love to be friends."

After a while of waiting, Shinobu fell asleep so I was just holding her, waiting for someone to come get us.

Someone eventually came and got us out.

Shinobu POV:

I was at lunch, waiting for Mitsuri but she hasn't came yet.

It was kind of worrying me so I got up and went to go look for her.

I had to use the restroom so I just thought maybe I'll look for her after I'm done.

I went to the restroom, and I started to shake from what I saw.

Mitsuri was laying there.. barely breathing.

I got really scared and started to tear up.

"Mitsuri!" I yelled as I ran to her, she couldn't hear me at all..

I started to shake her, I didn't know what to do.. it was scaring me.
