The time was 2:56 AM and Xingqiu was awake, he opened his eyes slowly, getting hit from the dim light in the room in front of them "hmm..." he hummed.. he sat up and rubs his eyes to adjust, "Chongyun? Why are you here? Wait- why am I here ?" Xingqiu shook his head trying to remember, but then a sudden voice was heard,
"Xingqiu? Why are you awake at this time? You need rest" Chongyun grabbed Xingqiu's hand and hugged him "Woah Woah are you really this clingy Chongyun~ ?" Xingqiu teased "you need rest! You literally fainted, and we have school in 4 days!" Chongyun enlightened him
"Calm down Chongyun I'm 100% okay!" Xingqiu chuckled at him "i also rested the whole afternoon i should be fine" Xingqiu let go of Chongyun's embrace and start walking to the kitchen, and Chongyun walked after him "I'm a bit hungry, are your parents not here yun?" Chongyun rolled his eyes and replied "they're obviously asleep, look at the time Xingqiu, let's go back to bed" Chongyun grabs Xingqiu's hand but he refuses, "I'm hungry yun" Xingqiu pouted
"Cold Noodles with Mountain Delicacies?" Chongyun asked Xingqiu in which he replied "yup~!" And smiled Xingqiu sat down on the dining table scrolling through his phone while Chongyun prepared the dish
So time passed and the dish was done, its now 3: 42 in the morning and they're both eating breakfast, "your food tastes good yun~!" Xingqiu yelped "thank you!" Chongyun grinned at the teal haired boy and they all enjoyed their meal together
