I ran and Newt screamed out to Alby and caught his attention, he and Minho were standing by the maze doors. We reached them and Gally tried to grab me but Newt pushed him away, I stood behind him holding his arm. "Alby she's innocent!" Newt said holding the recorder up. "We have evidence." He played the recording and they listen carefully. Once it finished Alby shook his head in disbelief.
"I really hoped she wasn't lying." He murmured. "Rose we're sorry for not believing you, we should have known you wouldn't do anything like that." Delilah came stumbling up and was obviously trying to convince them she was attacked.
"Alby, she attacked me again." She said starting to cry, if only she knew he wouldn't believe her. "Aren't you going to banish her?"
"You're the one who is going to be bloody banished." Newt spat back. "We all heard the recording we know you were lying."
"That's impossible." She said putting her hand in her pocket. "I have the......" she pulled the rock out and realized. "You!" She said lunging at me tackling me to the ground. She pulled something out of her pocket and stabbed me in the stomach with it, before anyone could get her off. Alby grabbed her by the waist and hoisted her off of me, and Newt pulled the thing out of my abdomen.
"It's was a Griever stinger." Minho said looking a the weapon. "Med-jacks get the Grief Serum!"
"How did you get that Delilah?" Alby asked, holding her arms behind her back.
"I have my ways." She replied. I moaned in pain it was so painful, it was spreading all over my body.
"You're going to be ok." He said, taking my hand in his.
"It hurts." I say barely audible.
"I know." He said rubbing my knuckles with his thumb. Clint stabbed me with a syringe full of blue liquid, and I felt my eyes become heavy. I was engulfed in darkness.
I was in a white room with two rows of chairs, and a single window. There was only one other person in the room it was a women she stood looking into the window. I joined and was shocked at the sight through the window. Newt knelt on the floor screaming, as a man in black clothes whipped him over and over. My heart dropped to my stomach and I screamed his name and pounded on the glass hysterically.
"What are you doing?! What did he do?!" I yelled at the women next to me, her face never changed and she had no expression.
"He has to be punished." She said still looking through the window like she enjoyed the sight. "He disobeyed the rules and he knew the consequences."
"He just wanted to see me!" I yelled back.
"Sneaking out is not to be tolerated no matter the circumstances." She said never changing her face.
"Please I can't watch anymore." I said and turned around. My heart ached with pain as I heard the faint sound of his scream. Newt my love, you don't deserve this.
