Sarawat stared at Tine in half irritation and half excitement. He wanted to smack him being a nuisance and yet a part of him was dying to kiss him because he looked beyond adorable. The thought scared the hell out of him. He wasn't gay. To him they were not normal. How could he even think of kissing a guy? But he did neither of them and get off the bed.

"Go take shower." Sarawat took out clothes for him to wear and left the room.

Tine took shower and got dressed in only Sarawat's T-shirt and boxer. He didn't wear the PJ and knew it would drive Wat crazy.

Tine went to kitchen to eat something because he was dying of hunger. He saw Wat cooking something and realized that maybe the guy didn't get to eat anything because of him. He felt guilty for tricking him.

"Hey."

"Sit." Wat ordered because that guy hardly ever asked him to do anything. It was always orders from him. Tine took seat at the table and Wat placed plate of fried rice in front of him.

"Eat. I'm sure you didn't get chance to eat while you were busy acting like you are drunk."

"Yeah, I'm quite starving an-" Tine quickly shut his mouth and wanted the floor to open up and swallow him. He had admitted to being not drunk. It was so embarrassing.

"Hmmn."

Tine wanted to bolt right away. He didn't know why but he kept showing his worst side to Sarawat. Wat must be thinking he was crazy.

"Well, I think I should go home. It's quite late. I'm feeling okay now." Tine stood up but before he could take a step forward Sarawat caught his wrist and pulled him back. Tine wasn't expecting that so he lost his balance and collided with Wat's chest, Wat wrapped his arms around Tine.

"Stay."

"Why? I thought you wanted me gone."

"Well, I have already cooked for two so better stay and finish it."

"I am not hungry anymore. I think I should leave."

"If I say I want you here." Wat whispered in Tine's ear making him blush.

"I w-why..... "

"I don't know. I'm bored."

"W-wat what a-are you d-doing. " Tine could feel his heart hammering like crazy. He wasn't sure whether this was really happening or was he dreaming. It made no sense. Wat didn't like him till few minutes ago and now he was hugging him.

"What do you think I'm doing? "

"It's not.... I don't-"

"Tine, do you like me? "

"Huh? "

"Do you? "

"Why do ask that? It was so out of blue. "

"You don't? "

"I never said that."

"You do? "

"I don't know."

"Okay."

"But I want to know you. Talking to you makes me happy. Spending time with you is fun. I like you as friend."

"Good."

"That's all you have to say? "

"Tine, don't fall for me because I won't fall for you."

Tine didn't want to admit it but he felt his heart break. He had already fallen for Wat. He was too shy and scared to admit it but now it looked like he would never be able to. It was killing him to be so near to him and yet not being able to be with him.

"Okay. Just friends."

"Good. Let's eat now."

After dinner, Wat took Tine to his room because he had no other room.

"You will have to adjust. My apartment isn't that big. I hope you don't mind."

"It's okay." Tine wasn't sure how would he handle being so close to Wat.

Both of them laid on bed side by side.
"Why did act like you were drunk? "

"I just wanted to prank you, that's all."

"Stupid prank. You aren't a good actor."

"Yeah."

'Yet here I'm acting like I don't love you and you don't realize it.' Tine thought sadly to himself.

"Do you have a girlfriend? " Tine asked Wat out of blue.

"No."

"Why? "

"I don't have time to waste on such frivolous stuff."

"Love isn't frivolous. I'm sure lots of people must have proposed you. "

"Yeah, but they aren't worth my time."

"Who is? "

"I haven't met anyone like that yet."

"If you do? "

"We will see."

"Do you like boys? "

"....... "

"Do you? "

"I...I'm not gay. I'm normal."

Tine felt his blood run cold. Wat not liking him was one thing, he could think about changing his mind in future but him being homophobic was entirely different matter.

"What do you mean by that? Being gay doesn't make you abnormal. That's so narrow minded."

"Whatever. That's weird as hell. Why would a guy like a dude?" Seeing disgust cross Wat's features broke Tine's heart.

"Oh."

"Tine, are you gay? "

"No, I don't like boys." Tine didn't know how many times his heart would break today.
