{Bakugo POV}

We went onto the field, getting ready.

"Deku hasn't been directly training his battle skills so he'll be fucking easy to beat. Your quirk is gonna protect you from his attacks since it's mostly just force."

"Right."

"Half-and-Half is fast, so I'll deal with him."

"Eh. That's it?"

"Hah? What else is there to discuss?"

"Like, where we're going to attack, if we're gonna stick together or separate, etc?"

"We'll stick together for now. If they separated, then we could beat one of 'em easily. If it's both of them that just brings the battle faster."

"Right! I was thinking that too." He said. "Let's go, then."

We started walking through the debris, jumping down to lower levels, moving stuff away to walk. My guard was up, making sure they didn't catch us by surprise.

"Hey, Bakugo..."

"What."

"Do you think Midoriya's doing good?"

"Hah? Why wouldn't he be?"

"I mean, I would be pretty bummed out if I found I lost my hearing. Can you imagine how scary it is?"

"It's not like he can't hear."

"He couldn't even train for almost a month because of his ears. And he's obsessed with training." He sighed. "Midoriya's always smiling so I can never tell if he's stressed..."

"He's fucking fine."

"You should talk to him, Bakugo. You're probably one of the people he looks up to the most."

"Why the hell should I—"

Shit! I let my guard down!

I turned just as a blast of ice knocked us down. "Crap!"

I pointed my palm onto an oncoming Deku, who was surrounded by1 his green lightning. Before I could set off an explosion, he kicked me, sending me flying.

"Bakugo!"

"Change of plans, Shitty Hair! Get Half-and-Half!"

"We have names, you know!"

Ignoring him, I jumped up, smirking as Deku landed on the rubble. He nervously looked around. There wasn't much damage, but the set-up sidewalk was still cracked.

"It's not like you put your guard down, Kacchan." He said, flicking some rubble off of his wrist. "Cmon, that just makes it boring."

The fuck?

"Boring? Hah!" He smiled at me, pissing me off. "I'll make sure you're never fucking bored by me again."

As I launched to attack, something immediately felt wrong. Why is he staying still? Why isn't he dodging? Or even attacking?

...Why is he smirking?

At the last minute, I stopped myself, jumping on a block of debris and flipping a few feet back. His smirk disappeared as he tilted his head.

"Eh? Kacchan, why aren't you attacking?"

"Who the fuck are you?"

He furrowed his eyebrows. "Um..." He looked behind him, before turning back to me. "Are you talking to me? I'm Deku, remember?"

"You're not fucking Deku."

"Bakugo! Help? I'm getting a little—Woah! Todoroki, you're not trying to kill me, are you?!"

Deku looked towards their fight, going on his toes to see over the rubble. "Oh, wow. Todoroki-kun is strong."

I glared at him, facing my palm towards him. "Who. The fuck. Are you?"

I pressed the emergency button on my belt, alerting the teachers of an intruder. He didn't seem to notice. He snapped his fingers, a green glow casting over his body. He lifted his chin, and in one swift moment, his outfit was changed. He wore a black vest over a red button-up. A black-tie loosely hung at his neck. Black gloves covered his hands as long dress pants fit tight against his legs.

When he looked back down with a sigh, his eye colors changed. They were purple.

"Damn. It's hard getting by you. You're as sharp as ever." He licked his teeth, revealing his unusally sharp canines. "Well, I was going to have fun but I guess it's over now."

He didn't even flinch when the teachers appeared next to me.

"Were you going to be my teachers if I graduated? How pathetic." His voice was calm, as if he had all the time in the world. "Now that everyone's here, I can make my announcement, right?"

"Young Midoriya, what's wrong?"

"That's obviously not Midoriya. Who is that, Bakugo?"

"Some weird shithead who infiltrated withot notice."

"Eh? Sensei?" Shitty Hair and Todoroki were both pretty beat up. They noticed Deku, who was staring at them blankly. "Woah, Midoriya, what's with the getup?"

"Izuku is with me." He said, turning back to us. I narrowed my eyes as he stared directly at me. "Let's play a game? If you win, I'll return him to you, unharmed."

"And if we refuse?"

He stared at Aizawa-sensei, licking his lips. "Then...Well, I guess his hearing isn't the only thing he'll be losing."

"You litle..."

"What's your game?"

"Ever hear of a scavenger hunt?" He asked, fixing his gloves. "I'll give you three days to find Izuku. Three days. If you find him, he's yours, period."

"And if we can't find him?"

"Well, then he's mine."

"Midoriya isn't an object. Return him at once." Half-and-Half said.

"I don't hafta follow your fucking rules when I can just beat you and make you tell me."

He lifted his chin arrogantly, staring down at me. He pulled the hearing aids out of his ears, tossing them aside. "I'll be watching. We'll see if you can follow directions."

Sensei lunged with his bandages as Todoroki sent a flurry of ice. As the dust settled, I noticed a piece of paper on the floor, the bastard gone.

Three days. Or else he dies.
