{Midoriya POV}

I stared at my hand, the material of the room brushing off of my hand. It was white glitter.

Realization struck me as I looked around. "This room...is an illusion? What? It can't be!"

As soon as those words escaped my mouth, the entire room shimmered before disappearing. When I opened my eyes, I was in my own room. Something heavy fell on me, sending me to the floor with a grunt.

"Wha—Midoriya!"

"Shit."

Before I could do anything, something poked my head. It was hard.

"Move once and I'll blow Izuku's brain out." I looked up slightly.

"Haru!"

"Haru?"

"You know him, Midoriya?"

"He tricked me," I said, flinching as the gun slightly clicked. "What're you guys doing here?"

"We came to save you," Todoroki-Kun said.

"Deku-Kun—"

"All of you shut up! I can't fucking think!" Haru roared suddenly, making everyone flinch. "Shut your mouths or I'll shoot him!"

He was so different than when we first met, it scared me. I felt something pop out of my ear and I groaned as I was, yet again, thrust into the darkness of silence. Haru threw the hearing aid towards my friends, though they couldn't pick it up.

I squirmed as he pinned my arm behind my back to prevent me from moving. He pushed the gun against my head, making me dig my chin onto my All Might rug.

Suddenly, the grinding stopped, and my body felt cold. I gasped, the sudden cold sending a shiver down my spine.

Someone removed Haru off of my back and helped me stand up. It was Todoroki-Kun.

Are you okay?

He must've forgotten I lost my hearing aid, but I could read his lips. His eyebrows were furrowed, his hands grasping my shoulders. I nodded, flustered.

"Yeah...Yeah, I'm okay." I said.

His face twitched before his gaze led to my ears. He nodded in understanding. Uraraka-San pushed the aid into my ear. This time, I was ready for the sudden rush of sound.

Suddenly, another weight made me crash down to the floor. Gravity was not liking me today.

I grunted, trying to get up. Someone was sitting on my back so I couldn't stand up.

"Bakugo!"

"What the—!"

I coughed.

"Bakugo, you landed on Midoriya. Stand up."

"Hah? Deku?"

"H-Hi Kacchan..." I struggled to say, my arms shaking from the weight. He moved as I stood up, sighing. "How did you know I was here...?"

"Some tiny person that looked like you gave us a hint!" Iida-Kun, his glasses flashing. "Though he's gone now."

"T-Tiny person...?"

"You..." My eyes grew as a menacing, yet familiar aura made a shiver go down my spine. "Fucking Deku!"

"Eek!" His hand landed on my head and grabbed my hair, making me turn around. My lips pursed as my frightened eyes scanned his glaring gaze. He stared at me for a good minute before clicking his tongue. He ruffled my hair aggressively before letting me go. I rubbed my head. My scalp felt like it was waxed.

"Fuck you."

"S-Sorry, Kacchan..." I was surprised he didn't blast me.

"Woah, I thought you were gonna blast him," Kirishima-Kun said, placing a hand over his heart. "You scared me!"

"Ain't gonna blast a fucker who's already been hurt by them." He muttered, before glaring at me again. "Don't you dare go fucking missing again! I'm gonna kill you!"

"Y-Yes, sir!"

"Bakugo you sound like you were worried."

"Drop dead."

I looked at Haru, who was still frozen. I furrowed my eyebrows. "What should we do with Haru?"

"Send him to the authorities, of course!" Uraraka-San said. "He attempted to hurt you and threatened us with a gun!"

"And he misused his quirk. He's not allowed to do that."

I kneeled down in front of him, staring worriedly into his eyes. What drove him to do this? Why was I his target? Did he actually lose his family to some sort of enemy?

"You've got a pathetic look on your face," Kacchan said, standing next to me. "You've got the, 'I'm worried for my kidnapper.' kind of shitty face."

"He told me he lost his family," I said, touching the ice. "I wonder if it's true...maybe he has a grudge against heroes...did an incident kill his family?"

"We don't even know if he was telling the truth, Midoriya," Kaminari-Kun said, shrugging. "For all we know, his family could be living happily without even knowing their son is doing stuff like this."

"That's true..."

"So until we get more facts, we shouldn't trust everything he says," Todoroki-Kun said. "Let's go, Midoriya. I've contacted Sensei and the others. They'll be here soon."

"Right...ok.." I looked back at Haru, who still had the gun in his hand. I bit my lip, before standing up. Kacchan rolled his eyes when we made eye contact.

"You and your stupid-ass face." He reached over and wiped a scratch I accidentally made while trying to break free. It made me flinch. He smirked. "Heh. Auntie's gonna cry cause your ugly face got even uglier."

"Eh—That's mean, Kacchan."

"Shut up. Don't fucking get hurt then."

I smiled as he turned around.

"Yeah. Ok. Sorry for worrying you."

"I wasn't fucking worried! Especially not about you!"

"Bakugo~ You should be more honest with your feelings."

"Die!"
