Aidan's P.O.V.
October and November ticked by like in a fairytale. I have never thought that it is possible to enjoy life so damn much, to be so smily 24/7, to laugh daily, to be loved so unconditionally and endlessly and to love so devotedly and fiercely.
The three of us live together and created adored routine, which quickly dug its roots permanently in our lives. I cannot put into words how fucking cosy the house has bee ever since Charlotte moved in, it feels so warm, lively, happy and so goddamn soothing. Seeing her angelic smile first thing when I wake up, cuddling with her all morning, cute little things that we do together, all meals with my stunning ladies, movie nights, play time in my little girl's room, dates with my beloved, fun dates with my sweethearts and so many other fantastic things - I am loving it all.
Ever since Charlotte has been living with us, Elodie has been the smiliest, the happiest, the sweetest and the most hyper sunshine. She does not want to do anything without my beloved: getting ready has to be with her, bedtime stories are a must with Charlotte reading and me cuddling my princesses, strolls in the park are something that my baby girl wants to do only with either of us and there are thousands other things that my child is addicted to doing with my love and I. To top it all off, Elodie is not fond of eating anything, and I mean anything, that was not made by Charlotte. She adores Char's cooking and baking, she is beyond eager to help her out during the process, she loves to watch her cook and listens with utmost excitement. Ballet being their passion is like cherry on top of this fairytale.
My parents worship Charlotte. Not even 1 phone call or text ends without them asking about her and it warms my already crazily joyful heart even more. It is impossible count how many dinners we had together, how many movie nights we had and how often we went out all together. They are extremely supportive of us.
And, of course, nobody forgot about Santa Clause thing either. Under no circumstances I will leave my daughter without any Christmas presents, so, in order to get at least a tiny hint of what she'd like to receive, we had a quest to complete: talk Elodie out of sibling thingie. She effortlessly listened to us and heard us, so she no longer expects a baby brother or baby sister on Christmas. Though, she did say that next year nobody will talk her out of it and Santa will bring her baby sister or baby brother, looking exceedingly adorable at that very moment. Well, once it gets to that, I will side with her and Santa with utmost pleasure and eagerness.
December arrived soon and somehow it was the 23rd of the first month of the winter. It is Monday, 7PM.
I am in one particular store, waiting for my special something to be packed in a specific way. My gorgeous ladies are waiting for me at home, our suitcases packed and ready, waiting for us in the set destination. They have no idea where I am taking them because this is a surprise holiday trip, which they learnt about just this morning, having been extra smily and hyper ever since then.
"Mr Hoffman, your order."- said Nayla Hayek, my great friend, hanging me my order.
"Thank you, Mrs Hayek."- I replied calmly as we exchanged byes.
I headed out and unlocked my black Mercedes G-class, getting inside, hiding the package. Once I was sure that everything is spotless, I drove home to pick my ladies up.
Charlotte's P.O.V.
I showered, did my routine peacefully and lightly styled my hair, keeping it very laid-back and snug. No makeup needed. I picked beautiful, light blue undergarments and got dressed in my new knitted set by Dior in pastel blue colour - loose trousers and long-sleeves, loose top. I sprayed my perfume on my neck and wrists, being all set.
