Part 33

*WANDAS POV*

as my eyes slowly begin to open I'm suddenly panicking as I see Tom and lizzie aren't in their cribs. I also see that Peter isn't there either which makes me calm down "sorry for worrying you, I figured you needed the sleep so I took care of the kids" Pete says opening the doors holding a baby bottle to lizzies mouth "thanks Pete" I say as he walks over and kisses my cheek "cmon I left Tom with Tony and he can barely work a pair of shoes so I don't trust him with a child" Pete extends his hand for me to grab, after I do I quickly get changed and head to the living room to see Tony being responsible for once "I'm impressed you actually know how to be mature" I say taking Tom from his arms and rocking him back and forth "what're we gonna do today?" he says making himself a coffee "we could take the kids to our secret area" Pete chimes in as he sits on the arm of the sofa and cradles lizzie in his arms "W-wait you guys have a secret area?" Tony says intreaged to know more "leave them alone, you have secrets too y'know" which causes him to shine as red as his suit "anyway we better get going" Pete says handing me my jacket and shoes "thanks" I say as we head to our area.

*30 minutes later*

"here we are you two" Pete says with Tom on his shoulders while lizzie is wrapped onto my shoulder. We sit down and the twins despite not being able to speak yet where speach less at how nice the surroundings are "I brought my laptop incase you guys wanted to watch anything" Pete says as I take Tom from Pete and put them on tree stumps while Pete puts his laptop down on the middle stump. They ended up watching a Disney film which was actually pretty good and it kept the kids entertained while we just sat behind them, making sure they don't fall backwards and talking. After the film the two were drifting in and out from sleep. So me and Pete decide to leave our area and find a nice place to warm up. We end up going to a cafe that was around the corner while the kids had a quick nap. "isn't this the same café that we went to with Ned and mj while I was pregnant?" I say as we sit down and rest the twins on our laps to rest "yeah I think so, I'll see if their free and then they can see the kids" he says taking out his phone and messaging his freinds.

After we wait an hour we're all sat around the table while Ned and mj are holding back the temptation to wake the twins up and play with them "you wake them up and I'll break your legs" I say to Ned who quickly stops and sips his tea. Not long after I start hearing Tom start to wake up "hey buddy, say hello to uncle Ned and aunt mj" I say picking him up and gently taking his arm and waving it for him. For a moment he's taken back by two the two new people in front of him but he quickly starts doing grabby hands towards them both "watch out he has a thing for grabbing noses" Pete says gently stroking Tom's head which makes him giggle before I hand him over to Ned who starts whispering things like "I'm gonna introduce you to star wars, you'll love it" and things like that "you've known him for 5 minutes and your already starting to badly influence him" Pete says laughing slightly while née looks offended before turning to mj who is nodding silently "mhm it's true" she says as lizzie starts to wake up "can I hold her?" she says so Pete hands her over to her before she starts to run her fingers through the small hair of hair she has. "she's mine now" mj says instantly becoming protective of her "well too bad she's ours" I say using my powers to float her back to me which makes lizzie do the cutest little pout I've ever seen. We look to the left and see Ned holding Tom while he's doing silly faces making him laugh like crazy "your a natural" I say as he hands me Tom and I put a bottle in his mouth while Pete starts playing with lizzie. "how have you been Ned" pete says while tickling lizzies chin making her giggle before doing her pouty face again before wanting to go with mj again "good, everyone's wondering where you are at school though" I can see Pete looking stunned that he forgot about school "just tell them I dropped out" he say as Tom grabs onto his nose and smiling like he just won a award which was adorable. I take a sip from my drink before getting everyone to huddle up for a group photo and save it in a folder called "family memories ❤️" before sending it to everyone "is it already 16:00?"i say looking at me phone before looking to a real clock "how many Disney films did they watch?" I say looking to Pete who realises they got too distracted earlier that they ended up watching 5 films "holy crap that was quick" I whisper so the kids can't hear "yeah we should probably start heading back to the compound, bye guys" Pete says as he hugs mj while he and Ned do their handshake.

*1 hour later*

After returning to the compound, I suddenly feel extremely exhausted and decide its best to sleep so we quickly say goodnight to everyone in the living room and put the twins in their cribs, before we both start to pass out on the bed as soon as we hit it. With me resting on petes chest snuggled up to him "goodnight babe" Pete says running his finger through my hair "goodnight my love" I say causing Pete to laugh "yeah keep working on that one" he says holding me close as we drift off together.
