Part 49

*PETERS POV*

I wake up in the vents and see a note on my face that read "sorry sweetheart but didn't want to see you u till tomorrow x" I recognise it as wandas writing and knew it was because our wedding was tomorrow. I drop from the vents and I see that everyone except: Tony and Scott were there "oh hey guys" I say making myself a cup of coffee "so Pete what's the plan" Tony says standing up and folding his arms "well, we, need to buy my suit as well as get refreshments for tomorrow" I say drinking the rest of my coffee "how bout I go and get refreshments, you get your suit while Tony makes sure everything is set up for tomorrow" Scott says putting a pair of shoes on before heading to the elevator with me and Tony "sounds like a plan" I say as Tony puts his suit on and flys to the church while me and Scott go in his car.

*30 minutes later*

Scott drops me off at the suit shop before driving again to get food. "hello, how may I help you" the person at the front desk says "hi I'd like to pick up a suit under the name Peter Parker" I say as she scrolls through on her tablet "here you go" she says turning the tablet to me, I get out Tony's credit card and pay for the suit and wait while she gets the suit from the back "thanks" I say taking the suit and walking outside i text Scott to let him know I got my suit.

I wait for Scott for about 15 minutes before getting in his car and heading to Tony.

*45 minutes later*

We, arrive at the church and see Tony in his suit putting up decorations and other things that will be necessary "I hope you don't mind but cassie wants to be the one to give you two your rings" Scott says removing the phone from his ear "not at all" I say before climbing up the wall to help Tony put the decorations up. "thanks Pete" he says before dropping to the ground as his suit retracts into his arc reactor. "the others should be here in 3-2-" I hear the doors opening and see: Steve, Sam, bucky, thor, loki and quill all walk in "whyre you guys here?" I say hugging quill since I hadn't seen him in a while "we wanted to have a day with you before the big day" bucky says as, quill releases, the hug "but what're we gonna do?" I say looking at everyone "before Nat left this morning she said that you can't have any alcohol but since its a special occasion I think we can disobey this one time" Tony says pointing towards a room upstairs. "well let's go then" I say walking up the steps to the room. With the others. We walk in and quill connects his music to a pair of speakers in the corner of the room and starts playing music, while Tony takes out a selection of different beers and passes them out to everyone "to Peter!" he says as everyone starts toasting in my name "thanks everyone" I say opening my drink and taking a sip. "its not a problem" Steve says sitting on a chair and taking a sip "I thought you couldn't get drunk?" Scott says taking a sip from his beer "I can't but its a special occasion so I might as well drink" he says putting his drink down "finished!" thor says putting his drink down "h-how did you" I say looking at thors empty glass "we would have drinking compatitions in asgard so we knew how to drink fast" he says before grabbing another beer. We all sit around talking until we hear the doors opening "sorry we're late" rhodey says with drax, rocket and groot behind him "it's fine" I say passing them a drink (not groot) "thank you Peter" drax says before opening his drink and taking a sip "so how does it feel?" rhodey asks sitting on the arm of a chair and opening his drink "it's uh strange but I'm excited" I say realising by tomorrow I'll be a married man "did someone call my name?" we hear as strange opens a portal and comes through "not exactly" bucky says "it's good to see you too" strange says giving bucky a "seriously dude" expression before we all start hanging out. After a while everyone except me, Scott, Steve and groot all got stupidly drunk, Tony was straying to seduce a chair, rhodey was pouring alcohol into his eyes, bucky was wondering why he couldn't feel his arm, thor was just sat off drinking with loki while talking, quill was trying to make out with rocket and drax was asleep. "I am groot" groot says looking at me with joyfull eyes "yeah, they're idiots aren't they" I say laughing at everyone "OK guys snap out of it" Steve says clapping his hands to get everyone's attention "who wants to try and lift thors hammer?" Scott says as thor gets up and summons his hammer "yes mortals who wants to try!" he says obviously very drunk since he was walking like he shat himself "brother, your drunk calm down" loki says trying to calm him down. After a while everyone's not as drunk and is trying to figure out how to pick up thors hammer "hey guu-oh shit!" Clint says dropping from the closest thing that resembled a vent "just in time!" I say sitting him down and getting him a drink "what do you mean?" were trying to figure out who can lift mjolnir" I say sitting next to groot while everyone looks at the hammer in the middle of the room "stark your first" thor says as Tony gets up and tries to lift the hammer "cmon, cmon, cmon" he says leaning backwards to try and pick up the hammer "it's rigged" he says sitting down again "OK my turn" Scott says like a giddy child "cmon tic-tac it's not gonna budge" Sam says looking at him "that's what you think" he says rolling his sleeves and trying to pick it up "ah crap, this is bullshit" he says letting go and sitting back down "brother!, your turn" thor says patting loki on the back "are you sure?" he says before reluctantly going up and lifting it "nope" he says before letting bucky have a crack at it. He removes his metal arm and uses his actual arm to move it to no avail "cmon kid your turn" rhodey says as I stand up and pick it up like its nothing "wow you guys are weak" I say flipping the hammer and catching it. A while passes and everyone eyes start to grow heavy and sleep consumes us.

*the next day*

I wake up asleep on drax's chest before remembering what day it was, today's my wedding day!

Tomorrow will be the finale of this story!
